I guess they usually do not open until 9:30 on Mondays but they accommodated me right away. The girl who did my Pedicure name is Me. She explained to me the difference between all of their pedicures they offer and I decided to go with the Deluxe ($40). She recommended the scent Jasmine as it is her favorite. As she did my pedi, all the tools she used came out of a new package. There is nothing worse than someone using old gross tools in your nail service. She also set a timer at the beginning on the service to ensure she gave me a full 60 min pedi! LOVE THAT! I also noticed they have 4 kid pedicure chairs. As a mom, I think this is great. I can't tell you how many times I've taken my daughter for a little pedicure and she had to sit on the edge of the chair and I got charged full price for nothing special. All in all, I had a very good experience. The "paint job" could've used a little improvement but I would definitely recommend this place.

So clean and a very hospitable welcome. Came early because I needed an appointment on Friday…read moremorning and everyone knows that becomes a busy time. I needed to beat the weekend press. Had injured a finger slicing earlier in the week and blade had gone through my nail. The healing was quick but the sliced nail kept getting caught on everything, risking further injury. LAM sat down to help. She very skillfully worked around the damaged nail -- she's been doing this for 30 years so she knew exactly what needed to be done when. I needed to have my old gel manicure removed without causing further injury while sanding. She offered me the cotton foil option for removal and understood when I preferred the swift rotary file over the chemical peel. She did a beautiful, delicate job. The hostess offered me a cold water; the facility was so clean I considered adding a pedicure but realized I was short on time for my next appointment. Last minute decided on a different color, similar to Funny Bunny, requiring three coats to even out. Lam gave the kind of expert insights that help when in a bind. Left with beautifully manicured nails for only $40 & tip. Highly recommend. But go early on a Friday bc the appointments it fills up. Plenty of free parking.

I went here to get a gel fullset put on because I just didn't have time to get it done at the salon…read moreI work at and it takes me too much time to do it myself. As a nail tech myself I have pretty high expectations. Lee did a good job on my full set. He didn't just rip off my tips when removing, he took his time to soak them off although I don't really agree with the whole idea of soaking my fingers in a bowl of acetone, I would have preferred them wrapped with cotton, acetone and foil. I had a few nails on my right hand that were crooked and had some leftover gel under my nail but I just fixed it when I got home. My full set was thin and natural looking which was my ultimate main concern. I was pleasantly surprised. I am glad I didn't end up with lumpy, thick nails like I've seen from many other places. I painted them myself when I got home. The salon was clean. Some of the technicians and the owner greeted me. I'm just very glad they fit me in last minute because I know how it is on those long days.

They took me right away, soaked off my old dip for over 30 min in acetone. Pedicure was fine, nothing special. I've had much better. My nails is where it went wrong. She used the nail drill on my skin and cut me and made me bleed. Nails were done and I was satisfied. I woke up the next day and had a chip in my nail already. I went back the next day and she fixed it. Now, a day after that, another nail completely chipped. I've never had this happen and after spending over $100 plus tip, I will not be returning. *** edited*** Not even a week later and 2 more nails completely cracked. I have NEVER had this happen to me. What a complete waste of money and time.

When it came time for my manicure, I was talked into doing a gel x manicure instead of dip powder because they were too busy and the only lady that knew how to do dip powder was booked up with appointments. Instead, she talked me into getting a gel manicure by the same gentleman that did my pedicure because I'm assuming that's the only thing he knows how to do. He did an awful job, most of my fingers are crooked, and I am now on day five of my manicure, and they are all starting to fall off. I don't recommend this place to anyone. I would go and get them fixed because I spent a lot of money on the set, however, I leave for my trip in less than a day and I don't have time to.
