    Birria Ramen Yum!!!
    Erica H.

Soooo I came twice this week to this lunch truck .....you can't go wrong with any of the dishes. If you can't decide order Calatodo, you get a little bit of everything. It was cloudy and raining this weekend so you know ramen in on the brain. Dang it was so good!!!! I had been wanting to try this forever. Put a little bit of their red salsa and oh man that hits the spot. It's super spicy so watch out! :D

The birria taco itself has a verry flavorfull taste and when you dip it in the consome juice it changes the whole game of a regular taco ,very well service over all you will always find a line of people waiting to get their birria its a very fast pace service, wont take you long to get the food . Its a very clean food truck and out in the open u will find the fresh air while waiting for your order .

I did not know birria mulitas came without birria? Not just one but all three of them did I wasted money for nothing. If I wanted a fucking quesadilla I would of saved my money and made it at home And they got my order wrong and I had to tell them to fix it and they didn't want to refund me my money at first for what I didn't order. I used to love this place but two strikes in a day, yeah there's another place I could go to Im good.

1st time trying and.... Apparently they didn't have any quesatacos dorados, so I was disappointed. Still gave them a try, they were good but too much meat that it wasn't enjoyable. Plus the meat was a little dry. Salsa was good. Had a side of beans for my daughter, they definitely needed salt. Also the drink selection was low. Overall good/okay but I'd keep looking to go somewhere else.

This is my all-time favorite birrieria. It's affordable and the quality of food is great. First off, birria is essentially slow cooked beef that is saturated with flavor. This food truck specializes in birria, and so all the food items contain it. (It's like the inn n out of birria). My favorite items on the menu are the torta, the quesadilla and the taco con queso, all reasonably priced under $10 (the torta is $6 on Thursday). The hot sauce is especially fiery. A great way to add flavor to any one of their amazing dishes is to use a couple drops of lime, a little bit of hot sauce, and a splash of the caldo de birria (birria broth). When coupled with the torta, the beef broth makes an amazing dip similar to jalisco style Au jus.

It was okay, i thought it needed more flavor or seasoning but it was good not too greasy. Service was just okay, food took like 15-20 min, they did give us a lot of condiments. They have a dessert truck next door with churros and fries, chicken wings.

Really good. Tons of meat and cheese on the vampero. The ramen was super delicious on a cold day. One of the best food trucks in town!

Best Damn Birria Tacos we've ever had!! Crispy shell, a ton of meat, gooey cheese and super flavorful consome!! Definitely coming back to this one ... and not to mention the hot, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside churros from the @SupremeChurros truck right behind it!

We had started eating already when picture was taken.

Ate these fresh by the truck, they were soggy and not crispy, with not as much flavor as I'd expect from most places serving birria.

Alot of the times, the older male cooks and the young cashier women have really really bad attitude. I'm talking straight, annoyed faces like we are bothering them by even just being there. I've only had one older lady greet us nicely with a smile & nice words whereas in my job, you treat every single customer that walks thru the door - with a smile and a welcome... it's truly not that hard ! One time I actually had to tell one of the young ladies how rude she was being by being right by my face, as I'm trying to get onion/ cilantro - she's behind me closing the blinds - I wouldn't mind but she never said excuse me, and was literally her mouth to my ear. She apologized after I told her how rude she was being. Today, we had a new gentlemen take our order which is fine. The problem began when I had to repeat the order about 5 times, whilst he's looking at me like I'm speaking a different language when we both speak Spanish. He eventually got it & wrote it down, I saw him write it correctly but then proceeded to give us the order completely wrong - from wrong meats, to wrong tortilla choice and at this point - we had been standing there for about over 10 minutes, the amount of people who passed by us because they received their food correctly and were able to pay right away was honestly upsetting. I wouldn't mind, but I genuinely believe these cooks are most likely drinking in the back. It explains why they have terrible attitudes all the time, and now they can't even get orders right when speaking the same language as them - can only imagine the mistakes that may happen with people who cannot speak Spanish ! I explained all of this to the cashier, I work in a kitchen as well & provide the best service, every single day. This place was doing alright just a few weeks back, then we realized it's because they had their higher up's showing up to the location ( we were there when they arrived ) they even brought a " star " cashier that doesn't even work at that location , they probably know the ones they have on the daily - don't cut it ! I'm genuinely wanting to contact higher up's showing because this place is becoming a joke. The food is good, the service is very very unsettling. We were lucky enough that the young lady in the front was actually concerned about our complaints. I'm not one to ever complain, but seriously they need to keep an eye on this location.

I ordered in advance and went to pick up my food, but since I was starving, I ended up just eating there on their patio. The tacos were okay. Personally, I thought they were pretty mid and not as flavorful as I was hoping they'd be. They did have a spicy sauce that I dipped the tacos in, and that definitely helped the flavor. I personally didn't love the tacos, but to be fair, I also didn't try anything else on the menu so I can't speak for the rest of their food. The place itself is a decent size, and the patio area is actually pretty nice. The staff was very kind, my order was ready right on time, and I appreciated that they weren't stingy with the sauces.
