Our friend ordered a shake and was unable to drink from it because the straw was designed too small for the consistency. Unfortunately, they didn't have any other straw, but not a big deal - just something to consider for the future. They don't offer free water. If you are thirsty, you have to buy a drink or stay thirsty. I'm not a fan of this concept because it's not going to force me to buy bottled water. I just rather not pay for bottled water, but that's preferential. I rather go next door to get milk tea afterwards. Not sure how I feel about tipping at a place where you order at the counter, clean your own table, and take out your own trash. Do people tip at Whataburger? The interior felt clean. The option for a French press for coffee was a nice treat and the addition of the Basil Hayden Bourbon shot was just right. Briana definitely lived up to her name of "The Goat" consistently mixing 2 to 3 drinks at a time while remaining friendly and engaging with her colleagues and customers. Brandon was a joy engaging with the customers at the bar and not missing a beat. Apparently, they have a random assortment of coffee cups and Brandon accurately chose mine. It really made me laugh. If you have a chance to dine here, check out the cool unisex restrooms with the industrial vibe. They are always clean and well stocked.
