Now our credit has been hit for a hard inquiry for a credit card we don't want. When he didn't receive a return call, husband called back and was told that Matt left for the day. I called them later and Matt answered the phone and double talked about how the financing was a credit card (he said he discussed that but it was never mentioned at all by anyone there) and that we'd need to call the credit card company to request an increase. Very misleading practices there! If we cannot trust them to be forthcoming why would I trust them in my home with a remodel?!
