No one was at the paint department, so the woman at the check-out register announced on the P.A. for assistance at the paint department. After waiting 10 minutes, I left. And the store was not busy at all! I had planned to buy the items on my long list while the paint was being mixed. I doubt if I'll go back. This used to be one of my favorite stores. It seemed like there were always friendly, usually older, men ready to assist or answer any questions. It's changed. And not for the better.

They didn't, and the driver (Blain's uses FedEx) simply left this humongous package leaned against the front porch with no one home, after which it was quickly stolen. When I requested a replacement, Blain's sent an piddly email saying my family member could file a stolen package claim. No mention of sending a replacement or providing a refund. If Blain's learns anything from this review, communicate to FedEx or whichever shipping vendor you use to either always require a signature, or require a signature for packages of a certain weight/size.

When our contractor opened the cabinets to install the Menards associate had made an error in ordering the one lower corner cabinet in white, which should have been barley maple. It put our kitchen remodel out an additional 4 weeks. No one from Menards or Cardell shows an ounce of urgency in getting us the correct corner cabinet. The Cordell rep told me the most she could do is offer cabinet drawer pullouts or drawer dividers. It has been 5 weeks since our kitchen has been done and not a word from the Cardell rep who I have reached out to or nothing from Menards I am done with Menards and will do business elsewhere.
