These were not small changes and ones they agreed to. Make sure your quote includes estimated costs for all of the major remodel changes, don't accept a total amount. Without specific costs it becomes a matter of negotiation when you get the final bill. Something you want to avoid. This company subcontracts a lot of the work, so your schedule depends on when the subcontractors are available. Half of my cabinets were damaged in shipment because they came in boxes with only cardboard corners--no styrofoam. Expect at least a month delay in getting factory replacements and keep your fingers crossed. I have been waiting weeks to have the granite countertop repair fixed (!) with no response as to when or if it will be done.

That was properly dealt with. However, because the floor in the rest of the bathroom was very challenging to remove, Bath Consultants did not remove all of it. Now, there is some unevenness at the seams in front of the tub and sink and the seam is compromised. Dennis came out today and said the install was satisfactory and the product was perhaps not good enough. We had gotten commercial grade. It was good enough if the subfloor had all been removed. At the time we chose Bath Consultants, their ratings must have been better than they are now. I wish I could give them a better rating today, but we cannot recommend them to do good quality work, especially if a job is a more difficult one.

Their designer spent well over 2 hours with us in their showroom and gave us space and time to decide & were patient after answering our numerous questions and going back & fourth :). There was even a slight mix-up on the island measurements, OWS took care of it and kept us within our budget and made it right. We could not be happier with how this project turned out.
