It's always a pleasant surprise as a patron when the employee not only remembers who I am from previous visits, but what I generally like to shop for. There are so many other CBD/Kratom specialty stores popping up now and it's hard to discern which ones are the best to shop at. I decided to check this place out since it's close to my house. I don't know much about cartridges and butteries, so I had some questions. The guy behind the counter didn't seem talkative so I didn't even bother. The items didn't have any prices on them so when I asked, he seemed like he was just making them up. Went in to buy some delta 8 and the guy behind the counter literally told us he can't(won't) sell us anything like that because selling anything "mind altering" is against his religion. If those are your beliefs that's fine but why would you work in a place where you can't sell a large amount of the products because of your religion and why would the place employe anyone who will flat out refuse to sell products to customers. Again I have nothing against religious beliefs but it literally boils down to we were refused a product by an employee because of their personal beliefs. I've had a few bad experiences here usually from the employees being wrong about the products sold which is fine if you don't know just say so but I've been mislead a few times here just to get through a customer/sale. read more

This business is closed. The hours posted in their profile are never correct so far as I can tell. I have tried to visit the place numerous times over the last few weeks since it's a short bus ride from my house but it is always closed. I tried again today (a saturday) at about 2 pm, thinking that if ever the owner was likely to open the store it would be on a sunny day in the afternoon but no. So I went to this location, which was unopened at 12PM. After finally reaching someone on the phone when I tried 5 times, I was speaking with someone who had obviously been sleeping. After asking when his store would open, he told me 12:30 to 9:30. At 12:45 I went to the store, which was still dark with no lights on and obviously no one there, and now my calls are being ignored from the listed store number. To make matters worse, when finally getting through to the number again after walking away from the store, the speaker decided to start arguing with me that the store was open, when I was standing right next to it less then 5 minutes before. Regardless of the fact that you are a tobacco shop you are still a business and as of now, with your poor customer service, you have lost a customer, not due to the fact that the location was not opened at a reasonable time, but because the out right lying when asked a very simple question, then getting belligerent about the fact that your employees are lack luster to say the best. My husband and I have attempted to visit this store three times now and all three times it has been closed. We attempted our third trip to the store at noon today and the sign on the door said it would open at 11:30 and it was still closed. We were excited to try out this store as it's only a few blocks from our house but we won't be returning. We can't even get inside the store. read more

This place is literally hands down the worst place I have ever wanted to go to. I've had so many problems with products bought from them and if you have a problem you are out of luck. If you go for glass you'll have a better experience. But as for vaping product, you'll always be disappointed. They sell $20 vapes for $50. Everything is extremely overpriced. And you better know about what you are buyiing because chances aree you will know better than them. Nothing has a pricetag. If you seem like a rube, or someone just passing through, theyll sell you a shitty glass water pipe "special deal for you" 35 dollars. Same goes for the Kratom. Just moved in the area, and I'm so grateful for this place! I've been to a plethora of smoke shops in the city and this place is definitely in my top five. The selection of cigarillos is expansive and exquisite. They've got the popular ones and the rare finds, all for $1!! Not too many smoke shops are selling cigarillos for $1 a pack. They also have lots of CBD even the CBD bud. Great store. I'm definitely a regular in there! read more
