It's taken a minute to soak in the professionalism and the true spirit and meaning of management in the tops of this company. (Good lord I hope i spell this correctly) Rachelle, the district manager more than understood my complaint. Talk about forward thinking, this woman took it above and beyond bringing not only resolution to my issue but made it an opportunity to create a better shopping experience for everybody by eliminating an awkward shopping experience and eliminating some pressure on employees. I'm practically at a loss for words. I'm a previous manager of a restaurant with high level expectations in customer service and this district manager can see an issue and deliver the highest level of resolution. I loved getting my smokes and such from this company. I spent quite a bit money every time I went in. However, I purchased a disposable CBD cart on Friday Oct 10th, 2025. I went out to my car and opened the box. Immediately I saw that the mouthpiece was busted. In little pieces. I immediately went back in and informed the employee. He called the owner or store manager and to my surprise, I was told I had to contact the manufacturer and it wasn't their problem! Then the employee makes the following statement, "I'm really sorry. We're supposed to open them in store so you can see them because they are not returnable!" Unbelievable! I told the employee the owner was a f ing clown and I would take my business elsewhere! I then was approached by a former manager who told me the owner was a terrible person! If you want to get ripped off, go to tobacco connection on Ustick and Cloverdale! Also, when an item says not for individual sale, are you supposed to ignore that and sell said items individually? I'll.be your huckleberry....let me look into this. See, they make a lot of $$ selling cigars individually yet on the outside of most boxes, it states not for individual sale. If it's not allowed I'll be the concerned citizen and make a phone call! The employee did not do his job! The owner or manager is illiterate and clearly has no problem stealing from people or should I say, selling garbage products that are broken and not provide a refund to the customer. I went back in 3 minutes after walking out. I didn't even leave the property yet the broken $20 CBD cart I was sold by an employee who clearly screwed up is non returnable? GO TO BIG SMOKE! BUYER BEWARE I went into the store on 5210 E Cleveland Blvd, Caldwell and bought 2 full boxes of Blue vapes and 1 battery. Took all from the shelves. This is one of 3 stores I frequent regularly depending where I am in Caldwell or Nampa. When I got home (approx 30 min) I opened the battery box to charge it and found an empty box....no battery....no charge cable. I immediately called the store to report this and was told there was really nothing they could do. If you shop here you better open your boxes to insure they are not empty.
