He called the owner or store manager and to my surprise, I was told I had to contact the manufacturer and it wasn't their problem! Then the employee makes the following statement, "I'm really sorry. We're supposed to open them in store so you can see them because they are not returnable!" Unbelievable! I told the employee the owner was a f ing clown and I would take my business elsewhere! I then was approached by a former manager who told me the owner was a terrible person! If you want to get ripped off, go to tobacco connection on Ustick and Cloverdale! Also, when an item says not for individual sale, are you supposed to ignore that and sell said items individually? I'll.be your huckleberry....let me look into this. See, they make a lot of $$ selling cigars individually yet on the outside of most boxes, it states not for individual sale. If it's not allowed I'll be the concerned citizen and make a phone call! The employee did not do his job! The owner or manager is illiterate and clearly has no problem stealing from people or should I say, selling garbage products that are broken and not provide a refund to the customer. I have literally walked out of here when trying to buy a vape because the employees were so pushy. I'll hear lines like "stock up, tariffs are making these prices go up" or "those have been discontinued, buy them all now". Last purchase I made was for a refillable vape after having bought only disposables for years. The employee seemed so excited to be making a sale that they sold me the wrong coils and the wrong juice. I've decided never to shop here again. He warned me there was glue that made the screw stick and to cut the plastic off and use pliers to remove the screw.
