So, I went to my normal vape shop to buy some cotton and batteries for my mod and they weren't open…read moreyet. I did a Google search for the highest rated vape shops and this place showed up. They had a 5 star rating with 19 reviews so I had to take a chance. I was not dissatisfied! I was welcomed by Tony, the owner as I rolled in on my wheelchair which put a smile on my face. He immediately said thank you for stopping in which is my most favorite wow statement that should be made to any customer in my opinion. I told him what I was looking for and then we had a twenty minute conversation about vaping and that has never happened to me before. Most shops will tell you to come back and hang out and that makes me feel not as welcome. The shop has a great policy of not having a store juice and I live that and they also have organic juices. Big smile on my face! I left with what I came for and wasn't pressured to buy anything else. He shook my hand and introduced me to his staff and that made me feel as if I was part of the team. I will come back for sure!! Definitely come check them out if you want to get a Shok T-PRIV. Thank you for reading!!

The only thing that is frustrating is there hours. I can only go there on Saturdays there hrs and my work almost match. I wish they opened at 8. But they are worth the wait.

I'm extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled…read more I bought a brand-new vape from this store only two weeks ago. The top portion, where you add the juice, completely broke and would no longer open. I brought the vape back in with the original box, and they looked up my account and confirmed that I had purchased it well within their 30-day return/exchange period. We agreed to exchange only the top portion since that was the part that was broken. I was actually trying to make things easier by not asking them to replace the entire vape. I left the store, put the replacement top on, filled it with juice, and immediately started getting a "bad atomizer" error. I went back into the store within about 10 minutes and asked if they could help determine whether the atomizer or the replacement top was defective. When I set the vape on the counter, it also started leaking juice everywhere. What was especially frustrating was that the employee seemed to have very little knowledge of how the vape worked and had to call her boss twice just to find out whether she was allowed to do anything regarding an exchange. We have been customers here for years and have purchased probably six to eight vapes, possibly more, along with spending a significant amount of money on other products. For a business we've supported that much, I find it incredibly disappointing that they would not simply honor their own 30-day policy and make the situation right. Again, I wasn't even asking to return the entire vape initially -- I was trying to work with them by exchanging only the defective part. Unfortunately, this experience showed me some pretty poor customer service and business practices. After years of shopping here, we will not be going back.

Natural Grocers was the OG. Before Whole Foods, Sprouts, and before the Boise Cooperative, it was Natural Grocers. It's a great story, look it up and read about Margaret and Phillip Islely, their $200 bucks, and their dream. I've visited several times, and while it may still have a following, it gets lost in the ever-expanding sections of your traditional grocers. It wasn't long ago, that you would NOT see vegan cheese in the cheese aisle, or plant-based meats in the meat section, but now they are there, whether it's something you eat or not. The vegetable and fruit section is smaller than the Co-Op at the Village but sometimes it's good to have a second chance. The vitamin section as well as the community hang-out section to the right when you walk in should not be missed. One thing that often gets missed is that some shoppers see these grocers as vegan or vegetarian. While it's true that they stock vegan and vegetarian items, they also have organic meats and meat products. If you're looking for organic, grass-fed meats and such, check out Natural Grocers TIP1: Check out their website as it has a bountiful amount of information about Sustainability, Deals, Recipes, Events, and more. Natural Grocers is located on Milwaukee in Boise, across from the Home Depot, and is open most nights until 8:30 pm excluding Sundays.
