I don't like those obnoxious vapes with the huge battery packs (they do have those). I prefer something more slick and low profile, but I didn't want a cheap vape pen because they often break quick. The salesperson was very helpful and showed me the Joyetech vape. Surprisingly the whole setup for the vape and the juice was only $50 which I've paid that much for a pen setup. When I first saw this place I thought it was a vape and coffee shop which was pumped for but for now it's just vape. Hoping that changes I went in a second time to get my coil replaced and was helped by the owners husband. He was very friendly and helped educate me more about my vape. Overall I'm 100% satisfied with Cafe De Vapor and wouldn't tell anyone to go anywhere else!

I did come back in today and spoke with the manager. She apologized and explained how that employee was in fact fired only a week after being hired. I do appreciate that Julie reached out in an attempt to make things right and I do plan to return. I do agree with another persons review that some of the employees aren't so called "experts" in vaping but other than that one kid that is now fired the employees I've interacted with do care and try their best to help. Most shops will tell you to come back and hang out and that makes me feel not as welcome. The shop has a great policy of not having a store juice and I live that and they also have organic juices. If I could give this sorry excuse for a company negative stars I definitely would. On two separate…read moreoccasions I purchased a mod and tank kit that were actually both times defective. I should've known better because the first time they sent me out defective product and I called them (which are very hard to get ahold of) the guy told me to print out the label and pay for the shipping back to them so they could inspect and after they got done inspecting it they might be able to swap me out. I figured the shipping would cost more than the mod And tank were worth since they aren't that light in weight, so I stupidly bought another in hopes just that one was defective. So stupid of me! Of course this new one I have used one time stopped working before the tank was even empty. I don't know why I thought if I called them they just might somehow help. I was so wrong again! After many calls I finally got ahold of someone and was told they didn't know what to tell me, except that it's supposed to last for at least two years before I encounter any problems. This is ridiculous! Extremely poor customer service and why make the customer eat the cost of shipping it back to the company for a so called "inspection" in hopes of receiving a working one. This is not right and I know it's my own fault for giving them another try but my goodness, I didn't know a company could be this bad! Never ever will I even give them a second thought except for stay away! Trust me, don't let them put the screws to you too! So many other companies out there , DO NOT Give them even a try and waste your time and $. Horrible, horrible, horrible!!!
