Originally, I clicked on their listing because it had the cheapest price for a single pack of pods out of all places that shipped domestically, and upon doing so I learned that they also had free shipping. The price was already significantly less than what I was used to paying at my local store, so I was thinking about buying two packets of pods instead of just one, when I realized they had another listing for two packets that cut the individual price down even further. For two packets of pods, I ended up paying less than what I'd pay for one packet in my local store. Didn't even know if they were still able to fill online orders due to the virus, but I got an email the same day I ordered saying the pods had already shipped. On top of all this, the package arrived two days early AND they included a third packet of pods for free as a gift! This place is awesome; I highly recommend & will continue to order from here going forward even once my local shop opens back up.

I asked him what he would personally recommend for a medium to full body Maduro that wasn't too spicy or peppery. He immediately pointed me in the direction of the Leaf by Oscar Cigars, specifically in the 5 x 50 robusto size. This cigar was absolutely delectable and is most definitely my new favorite. Pairing this delicious cigar with the comfortable lounge made my time at Sturman's a delight! Lance was a lovely person to talk to while I was there and his enthusiastic dedication customer service elevated my already incredible experience. I did come back in today and spoke with the manager. She apologized and explained how that employee was in fact fired only a week after being hired. I do appreciate that Julie reached out in an attempt to make things right and I do plan to return. I do agree with another persons review that some of the employees aren't so called "experts" in vaping but other than that one kid that is now fired the employees I've interacted with do care and try their best to help. My tip is just make sure you've done some of your own research on the products you use so you can make a better educated decision.

I have literally walked out of here when trying to buy a vape because the employees were so pushy. I'll hear lines like "stock up, tariffs are making these prices go up" or "those have been discontinued, buy them all now". Last purchase I made was for a refillable vape after having bought only disposables for years. The employee seemed so excited to be making a sale that they sold me the wrong coils and the wrong juice. I've decided never to shop here again. This is a shame as I prefer to support local businesses but I simply won't deal with the shadiness anymore. That, on top of way better prices online and less likelihood my order gets messed up.

I left the store with this newfound motivation to quit smoking and a sense of pride from buying the right products. I am proud to say that I haven't once smoked since stepping out that store.
