I did EXACTLY WHAT HE SAID and The head of the screw twisted off the rest of it leaving the end of the screw in my torch and no way to get it out. As a business owner, if I gave someone instructions that resulted in a broken unit I'd replace what I could for them or attempt to make it right in some way. NOPE!! He referred me to go buy a special tap and die set from the hardware store and that he couldn't do anything for me... GO TO HIGH MOUNTAIN SMOKE SHOP, GO TO YEE OLD LANTERN, HELL DRIVE TO ONTARIO... I went out to my car and opened the box. Immediately I saw that the mouthpiece was busted. In little pieces. I immediately went back in and informed the employee. He called the owner or store manager and to my surprise, I was told I had to contact the manufacturer and it wasn't their problem! Then the employee makes the following statement, "I'm really sorry. We're supposed to open them in store so you can see them because they are not returnable!" Unbelievable! I told the employee the owner was a f ing clown and I would take my business elsewhere! I then was approached by a former manager who told me the owner was a terrible person! If you want to get ripped off, go to tobacco connection on Ustick and Cloverdale! Also, when an item says not for individual sale, are you supposed to ignore that and sell said items individually? I'll.be your huckleberry....let me look into this. See, they make a lot of $$ selling cigars individually yet on the outside of most boxes, it states not for individual sale. If it's not allowed I'll be the concerned citizen and make a phone call! The employee did not do his job! The owner or manager is illiterate and clearly has no problem stealing from people or should I say, selling garbage products that are broken and not provide a refund to the customer. He can't handle any sort of volume. Rule of thumb go there in the morning or before 6 as he has a coworker usually and seems to be less pissy. In the past I think about the store and it's staff did AOK job and I didn't really have anything to complain about, but it was sort of like giving a 5 star to your local Burger King or something. I've noticed that over the last year that their hiring practices have either just ran into some lucky applicants that have a good head on their shoulder, stellar customer service, and are the types of people that put themselves out there to We'll do a job well and in turn create a better experience for customer and company alike. I can't think of any other local smoke shop of this variety that I actually know the names or I have nicknames for of people that work there lol like right now, they have Tracy who I can only imagine as severely underpaid. I've watched her deal with some crazy customers and she's just super cool and most of the time even when it starts software it ends in a good note. That's the kind of girl you want to keep you on in your counters and raise her up through your rinks just saying. Just to be clear and for legal purposes or what not, I do not know Tracy in any way other than as my cashier at said vice dispensary. I would like to say that I don't know Michael, hes another dude working there right now. Hes friendly and super cool. I would say to give him a raise too but well, I didn't even know he worked there until all of the suddenly worked there and I worked with him before at a different company and hes a hard worker.... So.... yep.... I just assume that all the employees here deserve more money. 1. It is because they're all friendly and knowledgeable and 2. they put up with a barrage of dude bro ego-driven, Grade A Brosidan (yes, Poisidan for Bria) bullshit... like during the covid pandemic, in the snow, over summer break in 103 spiking temps.... with a smile, none the less.... And this store is still standing.... Yep this place is pretty rad, and well.... as long as they allow me to smoke in this state.... at least one of my vices are covered! Side note, in case anyone cares, recently the camels have been cheaper here than through the gas station or other local vendors.

GO HERE AND NO WHERE ELSE!…read more I'm typically hesitant to step into vape shops because most have a douche vibe about them and I often feel out of place. I don't like those obnoxious vapes with the huge battery packs (they do have those). I prefer something more slick and low profile, but I didn't want a cheap vape pen because they often break quick. The salesperson was very helpful and showed me the Joyetech vape. Surprisingly the whole setup for the vape and the juice was only $50 which I've paid that much for a pen setup. When I first saw this place I thought it was a vape and coffee shop which was pumped for but for now it's just vape. Hoping that changes I went in a second time to get my coil replaced and was helped by the owners husband. He was very friendly and helped educate me more about my vape. Overall I'm 100% satisfied with Cafe De Vapor and wouldn't tell anyone to go anywhere else!
