I've visited several times, and while it may still have a following, it gets lost in the ever-expanding sections of your traditional grocers. It wasn't long ago, that you would NOT see vegan cheese in the cheese aisle, or plant-based meats in the meat section, but now they are there, whether it's something you eat or not. The vegetable and fruit section is smaller than the Co-Op at the Village but sometimes it's good to have a second chance. The vitamin section as well as the community hang-out section to the right when you walk in should not be missed. One thing that often gets missed is that some shoppers see these grocers as vegan or vegetarian. While it's true that they stock vegan and vegetarian items, they also have organic meats and meat products. He was also kind to modify the milk for me since I can't have dairy. I did get the Thai tea modified with oat milk. Boy, it is so good! It has the right amount of sweetness to it. It's sweetened with sugar cane vs condensed milk. I don't know the taste difference yet but the sugar cane is a total win for me! I'm not gonna lie, some of the boba pearls were still kind hard but it's ok. With the service and tea I was given, it could have had rocks on the bottom and I would still be happy! I got a chance to talk and interact with Rocky and Austin. It was nice to talk to them and get to know them. I was raised in a family full of business owners and it was great to connect with Rocky on that level! Austin was also great at promoting the donut shop next door to help promote their products and business as well. It a great to see local businesses supporting other local businesses!
