Hands down one of the best vape store due to its friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Felt right at home at the store unlike the other vape stores I been to. I have been struggling to quit smoking for a long time and tried multiple times to quit by switching to vaping without any success. When I explained that to one of the guys working there; I was very impressed with his understanding and knowledge of the subject and he was able to show me different products to try and explained the differences in each products. I felt absolutely no pressure or rush to buy anything and he was able to clearly answer all questions I had. I left the store with this newfound motivation to quit smoking and a sense of pride from buying the right products. I am proud to say that I haven't once smoked since stepping out that store. I've been coming here for a while and today 8/29 I had to come in with my kid who is almost two. I walked in and waited about 5 min to be helped when the clerk was done with the guy he was helping he said I hate to be that guy but you can't bring kids in here an there's a sign in the door. I said I saw it but assumed it applied to people trying to buy stuff. He told me he couldn't sell me anything. So instead of telling me right when I walked in he waited till it was convenient for him. So according to him it was illegal for me to be in there with my kid but instead of telling me right away he chose to break the law for a whole 5 min lol. I scoured the Internet and couldn't find anything to verify his claims. Either way I'll be taking my business elsewhere. If the owner would like to provide proof of his employees claims I'd have no problem retracting this review and apologizing for being wrong. read more

I've been to a lot of different vape stores in Boise and this one is by far the best. I live 2 mins from another vape store (vapors ally) and choose to drive 15mins extra just to come here. The employees are all very helpful and knowledgeable, AND they aren't judgmental/rude if are inexperienced!! I've met the owner and you can tell he actually cares about selling quality products. Atomic Vapor is one of my favorite vape shops in Boise. Great service, nice people, probably the best and most friendly customer service for a vape shop right up there with Meridian's "Vape". Great products too, I use high wattage mods and drippers and have seen a very good selection there. Atomic Vapor and Matrix vapor have the widest selection for drippers, mods, and high vv and vw mods that I have seen. But I have to give it to Atomic on getting newer products in faster than any other vape shop I have been to. They are the only vape shop I have seen a Hanna Mods box mod at which was surprising. And they were the first shop to have the Aspire Atlantis and i bought one right away. Just a great place in general. As a seasoned vapor I would recommend this place to any e-cigga out there. read more

I used to be a regular weekly customer and have spent quite a bit of money there. Last time I went they had their dogs running around and would not sell me anything due to lack of ID. Then I said " you don't recognize me?" He says no. I work in the restaurant industry, I understand the importance of checking IDs, but I am someone they should have recognized. Worst place in the valley to get vape equipment. If it's a manufacturer issue with any equipment, these douches won't exchange the right equipment without charging you!!! Stopped into this shop while visiting family in Boise and we were very impressed! They have a wide variety of juice and a wide range of eGo style products, mods, drippers, and accessories. They have both clones and genuine mod products which are both very comparatively priced. They have everything available to taste and everyone was very friendly.
