He warned me there was glue that made the screw stick and to cut the plastic off and use pliers to remove the screw. I did EXACTLY WHAT HE SAID and The head of the screw twisted off the rest of it leaving the end of the screw in my torch and no way to get it out. As a business owner, if I gave someone instructions that resulted in a broken unit I'd replace what I could for them or attempt to make it right in some way. NOPE!! He referred me to go buy a special tap and die set from the hardware store and that he couldn't do anything for me... GO TO HIGH MOUNTAIN SMOKE SHOP, GO TO YEE OLD LANTERN, HELL DRIVE TO ONTARIO... JUST GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!! there is no loyalty to the customer whatsoever AND THIS IS THE LIMITED VOLCANO RED EDITION... can't even find them anymore!! Way to screw a loyal customer. I have literally walked out of here when trying to buy a vape because the employees were so pushy. I'll hear lines like "stock up, tariffs are making these prices go up" or "those have been discontinued, buy them all now". Last purchase I made was for a refillable vape after having bought only disposables for years. The employee seemed so excited to be making a sale that they sold me the wrong coils and the wrong juice. I've decided never to shop here again. This is a shame as I prefer to support local businesses but I simply won't deal with the shadiness anymore. That, on top of way better prices online and less likelihood my order gets messed up.

Once upon a time I left a 4 star review for this little store.... Lately, this has been the store…read morethat has been on my way and so I have visited increasingly more often. In the past I think about the store and it's staff did AOK job and I didn't really have anything to complain about, but it was sort of like giving a 5 star to your local Burger King or something. It was pretty basic. I've noticed that over the last year that their hiring practices have either just ran into some lucky applicants that have a good head on their shoulder, stellar customer service, and are the types of people that put themselves out there to We'll do a job well and in turn create a better experience for customer and company alike. I can't think of any other local smoke shop of this variety that I actually know the names or I have nicknames for of people that work there lol like right now, they have Tracy who I can only imagine as severely underpaid. I've watched her deal with some crazy customers and she's just super cool and most of the time even when it starts software it ends in a good note. That's the kind of girl you want to keep you on in your counters and raise her up through your rinks just saying. Just to be clear and for legal purposes or what not, I do not know Tracy in any way other than as my cashier at said vice dispensary. I would like to say that I don't know Michael, hes another dude working there right now. Hes friendly and super cool. I would say to give him a raise too but well, I didn't even know he worked there until all of the suddenly worked there and I worked with him before at a different company and hes a hard worker.... So.... yep.... I just assume that all the employees here deserve more money. 1. It is because they're all friendly and knowledgeable and 2. they put up with a barrage of dude bro ego-driven, Grade A Brosidan (yes, Poisidan for Bria) bullshit... like during the covid pandemic, in the snow, over summer break in 103 spiking temps.... with a smile, none the less.... And this store is still standing.... Yep this place is pretty rad, and well.... as long as they allow me to smoke in this state.... at least one of my vices are covered! Side note, in case anyone cares, recently the camels have been cheaper here than through the gas station or other local vendors.
