He warned me there was glue that made the screw stick and to cut the plastic off and use pliers to remove the screw. I did EXACTLY WHAT HE SAID and The head of the screw twisted off the rest of it leaving the end of the screw in my torch and no way to get it out. As a business owner, if I gave someone instructions that resulted in a broken unit I'd replace what I could for them or attempt to make it right in some way. NOPE!! I'll hear lines like "stock up, tariffs are making these prices go up" or "those have been discontinued, buy them all now". Last purchase I made was for a refillable vape after having bought only disposables for years. The employee seemed so excited to be making a sale that they sold me the wrong coils and the wrong juice. I've decided never to shop here again. This is a shame as I prefer to support local businesses but I simply won't deal with the shadiness anymore. That, on top of way better prices online and less likelihood my order gets messed up.

So.... yep.... I just assume that all the employees here deserve more money. 1. It is because they're all friendly and knowledgeable and 2. they put up with a barrage of dude bro ego-driven, Grade A Brosidan (yes, Poisidan for Bria) bullshit... like during the covid pandemic, in the snow, over summer break in 103 spiking temps.... with a smile, none the less.... And this store is still standing.... Yep this place is pretty rad, and well.... as long as they allow me to smoke in this state.... at least one of my vices are covered!
