Been here twice and it's been a successful trip both times. First time I went I'm assuming I talked…read moreto the owner because he mentioned how he wanted to start a business that's reminiscent of the shops he's seen in Seattle. If the ones in Seattle are anything like how he runs it, then I sure hope I get to see them at some point. The second time I came in it wasnt him but someone else but he was still very respectful and attentive. I asked if he had a bowl that's good for people who are prone to dropping them and he recommended me a solid one that's been dropped at least twice on concrete from torso height and it's not got a scratch. Solid shop with solid employees. Has glassware, smellproof bags, grinders, and very kind workers. Keep it up

I have had good experiences up until today... I went in to get a different twist knob for my torch…read moreand the manager was in there. He warned me there was glue that made the screw stick and to cut the plastic off and use pliers to remove the screw. I did EXACTLY WHAT HE SAID and The head of the screw twisted off the rest of it leaving the end of the screw in my torch and no way to get it out. As a business owner, if I gave someone instructions that resulted in a broken unit I'd replace what I could for them or attempt to make it right in some way. NOPE!! He referred me to go buy a special tap and die set from the hardware store and that he couldn't do anything for me... GO TO HIGH MOUNTAIN SMOKE SHOP, GO TO YEE OLD LANTERN, HELL DRIVE TO ONTARIO... JUST GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!! there is no loyalty to the customer whatsoever AND THIS IS THE LIMITED VOLCANO RED EDITION... can't even find them anymore!! Way to screw a loyal customer. I'll come cash out my 460 points and go somewhere else as long as I'm in Idaho

I just had a second spine surgery so i might have better tolerance for delay moving forward, i really like this place

I haven't had psychoactive mushrooms in over 40 years and asked the cashier if these were made from real mushrooms. I was told they were. On the drive home I mentioned it to my boyfriend, who said they likely weren't real. I called the store back and again was assured by a staff member that they were made from real psychoactive mushrooms. After looking into it further (including confirming Oregon law), I learned that real psilocybin mushrooms cannot legally be sold retail in Oregon, and the product label itself does not list psilocybin or any mushroom species. I returned to the store and requested a refund, explaining that I purchased the product based on incorrect information. The refund was refused. I also reached out to management and never received a response. This product was $35. I'm disappointed, not because of the product itself, but because it was sold to me under inaccurate information and the store would not make it right.
