I understand we all have bad days... But customer service is important. Fake a smile and happy attitude because it's what you do for work (I worked in retail, and I've done it). That interaction makes me not want to go there anymore.

I asked how long the vendor had been there, and the man said approximately two hours. I also learned that he didn't speak English. A female employee who was nearby then made an inappropriate comment, saying she wouldn't tell any white men because he might try to get him deported. I found this comment to be extremely rude and unacceptable. I told her that and explained I would report her to her manager. She responded that her manager was present and that she didn't seem to have a problem with her comment, which I found particularly concerning. Tobacco Connection needs to invest more in employee training to ensure their staff provides respectful customer service instead of making racist remarks in condoning illegal immigration.
