I have to bring this complaint to Yelp as much as I don't want to, I have to. Employees and Assistant Managers should Know what coils work for your tank, and Mod. It's not a coincidence that both my brother, boyfriend and I have got the wrong coils. The new girl at 43 has horrible customer service, very snotty, doesn't know a clue about juice, coils, mods. I can go on a rant of how she left the store unlocked while she was in the bathroom and I was in the store for 2 mins, and the words and attitude she said did to me. But I'll let You ask her about that. Shouldn't employees be wearing a name tag??Greet you when you first walk in?? My boyfriend or brother usually go and get coils for their tank and mine. I'm a stay at home Mom with two kids and don't want to leave them in the car while I run in to make SURE they give me the right ones. I'm not exaggerating, every time they have gone their they say "We don't have those coils but these ones will work in your tank." They never do. They don't bother to see what device he is using to ensure that the coils can even be used on the device he's using. I don't need a refund, not asking for our money back. Just want you to be aware. Horrible service! I purchased a mod from them and 3 weeks later it stopped working. Took it back and they said they would take a look and call me back. Two days later I stopped back by and it was fixed, they just didnt call me. About 1-1/2hrs later it broke again....wasnt working. Took back in the morning and was told all they had was a pink one, so could I wait 1 week and they would have their tech look at it. I said I would. Approximately 8 days later I stopped by and asked if it was repaired? They checked and no it wasnt repaired. I just asked for my money back then and was told they couldnt give me my money back because we started the warrently process! He then said if I dropped it on Tuesday, it was after the weekly Tues pickup thus it went out 1 week later and would be ready in a week, so actually have to wait for 2 weeks! I said there is no way I would have agreed to waiting 2 weeks and just please give me my money back. He refused to give me my money and I asked him to tell me where the tech place is and I would just go get it. They called and it hadnt even got repaired. Their service is horrible. Save your money and go somewhere else to purchase your supplies. I have utilized Matrix Vapor and only went to Vape for a particular flavor and wish I never stepped inside their store.
