I have literally walked out of here when trying to buy a vape because the employees were so pushy. I'll hear lines like "stock up, tariffs are making these prices go up" or "those have been discontinued, buy them all now". Last purchase I made was for a refillable vape after having bought only disposables for years. The employee seemed so excited to be making a sale that they sold me the wrong coils and the wrong juice. I've decided never to shop here again. This is a shame as I prefer to support local businesses but I simply won't deal with the shadiness anymore. That, on top of way better prices online and less likelihood my order gets messed up.

But just 15 minutes later, it completely stopped working -- even though it still had 100% juice. I went back inside with the vape in hand, and they refused to do anything about it. Other businesses stand behind what they sell and would've made it right. This one didn't even try. If that's how they treat paying customers, I won't be back -- and I'll be making sure others know what to expect. I own a business and I know that's BAD business.

Their selection is great and they always have what I need and if they do happen to be out of stock they always help me find an alternative. The prices are amazing considering other stores are selling disposables for $30 or more they have them at $22 or less. The employees are always very knowledgeable and are always willing to help with anything I need or any questions I need answered. Their customer service is top tier honestly the best I've been treated at an establishment like this one. Anytime I have ever had a faulty product they have always help resolve the issue to the best of their ability's. I recommend this store to everyone as it is the best in the treasurer valley. I also love that they have multiple locations so it is easy to get what I need if I'm ever in the meridian area as well as Nampa.

I do agree with another persons review that some of the employees aren't so called "experts" in vaping but other than that one kid that is now fired the employees I've interacted with do care and try their best to help. My tip is just make sure you've done some of your own research on the products you use so you can make a better educated decision.

I have lost my wallet the night before and had no cards and very little cash. Trish, the assistant store manager offered me a little road cigar, but it was about $.85 above what cash I had on me. Trish could see that I was in an a jam. After counting out and change, what money I did have, including pennies nickels dimes and quarters, Trish simply comped the cigar and sent me on my way. Given the nature of our current society, and people carry it was, I was very touched by her generosity. Give this girl a raise, because I will be recommending this place to all my smoker buddies, Great great great customer service and I will definitely be advising of my smoker friends to visit with Luke Edgemon and with Colleen, will organize some of the most polite customer service!! Highly recommend, thank you guys so much again.
