I don't like those obnoxious vapes with the huge battery packs (they do have those). I prefer something more slick and low profile, but I didn't want a cheap vape pen because they often break quick. The salesperson was very helpful and showed me the Joyetech vape. Surprisingly the whole setup for the vape and the juice was only $50 which I've paid that much for a pen setup. When I first saw this place I thought it was a vape and coffee shop which was pumped for but for now it's just vape. Hoping that changes I went in a second time to get my coil replaced and was helped by the owners husband. He was very friendly and helped educate me more about my vape. Overall I'm 100% satisfied with Cafe De Vapor and wouldn't tell anyone to go anywhere else!

A female employee who was nearby then made an inappropriate comment, saying she wouldn't tell any white men because he might try to get him deported. I found this comment to be extremely rude and unacceptable. I told her that and explained I would report her to her manager. She responded that her manager was present and that she didn't seem to have a problem with her comment, which I found particularly concerning. Tobacco Connection needs to invest more in employee training to ensure their staff provides respectful customer service instead of making racist remarks in condoning illegal immigration.

I did come back in today and spoke with the manager. She apologized and explained how that employee was in fact fired only a week after being hired. I do agree with another persons review that some of the employees aren't so called "experts" in vaping but other than that one kid that is now fired the employees I've interacted with do care and try their best to help.
