I have been struggling to quit smoking for a long time and tried multiple times to quit by switching to vaping without any success. When I explained that to one of the guys working there; I was very impressed with his understanding and knowledge of the subject and he was able to show me different products to try and explained the differences in each products. I felt absolutely no pressure or rush to buy anything and he was able to clearly answer all questions I had. I left the store with this newfound motivation to quit smoking and a sense of pride from buying the right products. I am proud to say that I haven't once smoked since stepping out that store. I highly recommend checking this store out if you are looking to quit smoking by switching to vaping, and also for all of your vaping needs too.

I went out to my car and opened the box. Immediately I saw that the mouthpiece was busted. In little pieces. I immediately went back in and informed the employee. He called the owner or store manager and to my surprise, I was told I had to contact the manufacturer and it wasn't their problem! Then the employee makes the following statement, "I'm really sorry. We're supposed to open them in store so you can see them because they are not returnable!" Unbelievable! I told the employee the owner was a f ing clown and I would take my business elsewhere! I then was approached by a former manager who told me the owner was a terrible person! If you want to get ripped off, go to tobacco connection on Ustick and Cloverdale! Also, when an item says not for individual sale, are you supposed to ignore that and sell said items individually? I'll.be your huckleberry....let me look into this. See, they make a lot of $$ selling cigars individually yet on the outside of most boxes, it states not for individual sale. If it's not allowed I'll be the concerned citizen and make a phone call! The employee did not do his job! The owner or manager is illiterate and clearly has no problem stealing from people or should I say, selling garbage products that are broken and not provide a refund to the customer. I went back in 3 minutes after walking out. I didn't even leave the property yet the broken $20 CBD cart I was sold by an employee who clearly screwed up is non returnable? GO TO BIG SMOKE! LESS EMPLOYEE TURNOVER,BETTER PRICES, BETTER PRODUCTS AND THEY STAND BEHIND THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL TO CUSTOMERS! YEAH, ITS OUT OF MY WAY BUT TOBACCO CONNECTION CAN SUCK IT!

I have lost my wallet the night before and had no cards and very little cash. Trish, the assistant store manager offered me a little road cigar, but it was about $.85 above what cash I had on me. Trish could see that I was in an a jam. After counting out and change, what money I did have, including pennies nickels dimes and quarters, Trish simply comped the cigar and sent me on my way. Given the nature of our current society, and people carry it was, I was very touched by her generosity. I asked how long the vendor had been there, and the man said approximately two hours. I also learned that he didn't speak English. A female employee who was nearby then made an inappropriate comment, saying she wouldn't tell any white men because he might try to get him deported. I found this comment to be extremely rude and unacceptable. I told her that and explained I would report her to her manager. She responded that her manager was present and that she didn't seem to have a problem with her comment, which I found particularly concerning. Tobacco Connection needs to invest more in employee training to ensure their staff provides respectful customer service instead of making racist remarks in condoning illegal immigration.
