Pulled into this Winery on a whim a while back and am glad I did. I've come here 3 times this year (despite living 5 hours away) and have never had anything but a fun experience. Absolutely recommend to anyone doing the Seneca Lake wine trail or just in the area for fun. They have all sorts of options for Wine tastings - the basic version of sipping a few of their top choices, wine & cheese pairings, a "blindfolded" taste test, and even seasonal options like the Wine/Pickle pairing they do on Summer weekends. The staff are always super friendly and outgoing, and have something for everyone: reds, whites, sweet, dry, classic tastes, brand-new flavors (like their famous Margarita-tasting wine - yes, that's a real thing and yes it's exactly as tasty as it sounds), and also a few ciders and beers that are 100% worth a try as well. I had an ice-cream stout one day, and came back the next for some of their Hard Cider and the Pickle/wine pairing. Delicious. Clearly it's a popular spot especially on the weekend - they're one of the few wineries that's open until 6:00 pm, and they have an expanded space for large groups as well. Even so we've never had to wait for a table and are always served promptly. Can't wait to come back!

The wine here was excellent! I came all the way from Manhattan, New York, and was very pleased with this winery. The ambiance is very relaxing, and I loved the toasters against the wall, which adds a creative touch. There's also a tasting room in the back if you want to do that with a group of friends. Jayne was absolutely attentive and wonderful! I really enjoyed my time there because it felt welcoming, and they are very caring about their customers. Mike was also very friendly. All in all, a great experience! I will definitely be coming back again.

We had a great time today at the Toast Winery. Everyone that works there is very attentive and friendly. 5 tastings for $8 is a pretty good deal. We enjoyed the wines that we tasted. I like sweet wines. I really liked the Bubbly Brindar (wine bubbly wine), and Celebration Red (tasted like awesome sangria). The Rita was ok. It was amazing that it tasted like a margarita without margarita ingredients. My husband liked his dry wines. I didn't pay attention to the names he really liked unfortunately because I was enjoying mine. We also got the smoked Gouda cheese which was amazing. The tangerine cider was really good too. Go check them out. They have lots of options. They also have some food options.

We were here looking for different wineries that we haven't tried and this place I do not remember. It has a cool logo of a flame and a winery called Toast can't be a bad thing. As I read about this winery before visiting, the owner has something in common such as me as a home wine maker, working in corporate america and working as a college professor. Wine is what relaxes me but it's a lot of hard work for sure, happy to see someone made this a dream and it's going well. We arrived inside sat at a table provided a list of wines to choose from in our tasting. Our waitress or waiter would come over and fill our glass up with a sample of our choice of wine that we wanted to try. The high falution was my favorite and purchased 3 bottles of this to go. This is a new favorite stop for us, especially how good the wine is. Cheers for a great first visit. We will be back.

Enjoyed this place a lot. The wine and popcorn flight was perfect! The staff were full of smiles, upbeat and friendly. Also, sampled the mulled wine. Loved it so much, bought their kit to make it at home. They have real time social media counters on the wall, it was fun to see them go up when a bunch of us started following them while we were there tasting.

My husband and I stopped here for our last tasting of our annual FLX trip. We stopped by on a Monday around noon and were seated immediately at the bar. The menu is huge with dry, sweet, and bubbly wines. Interesting options were a Pet Nat Muscat Ottanel that was very interesting and good (my husband thought it tasted like "hard sprite" which is accurate, it had a bite to it and lots of lime), Bubbly Dry Riesling, and the barrel aged ice wine (it was smooth and not syrupy). Their watermelon sangria also sounded interesting, which is made with the Bubbly Dry Riesling, watermelon juice, and miscellaneous fruit. I'd also be interested in doing their black glass tasting, where you guess the wine. We weren't tempted to buy anything, but enjoyed our visit and will return in the future.

Add the ice wine to your tasting it was SO GOOD! Every wines were great, I would definitely go back! Don't skip Toast!

We stopped during the Seneca Lake wine and chocolate tour. We were offered nonalcoholic, mulled cider drink that was delicious! The chocolate covered pretzels with the spicy Kick were enjoyed as well!

What a hoot!! We had a tasting with popcorn and some mulled wine. Reminded me of my glogg days as a youngster. Hilarious t-shirts. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

We did not have a reservation, but easily found ourselves a spot at the bar. It was a pretty rainy and crummy day, but even though a few other couples had the same idea as us to hit a winery to avoid the rain, we did not feel crowded in the space at all. The winery is certainly one of the most well decorated spots we visited. They really lean into the barnstormer and plane vibes, with appropriate decor in every facet of the interior. It was very tastefully done and gave the winery a certain fun and unique vibe. We were seated at the bar for our tasting. The bar was quite large, holding a number of different couples but giving us all adequate space to spread out, have a few glasses in front of us, and not cloud the others' conversations. You could chose from a few different preselected tastings, and I opted for a mixed red and white tasting while my husband opted for the all red tasting. My husband enjoyed all of his, particularly liking the merlot. I enjoyed the whites in my tasting more than the red (I had a weird after taste from one of them which tainted the red experience for me), favoring the chardonnay of all things (I am not a chard gal). We appreciated how our server engaged with us, telling us a bit about each wine but also navigating hte entire bar without lingering too long in one place. She answered our many questions about the wine, being knowledgable but also approachable. We had a great time and enjoyed our wines. Barnstormer was a great rec from our various servers etc while in the Finger Lakes - while the wines themselves may not be at my top, the vibe and service did stand out. That being said, we did take a bottle home with us, so I'm looking forward to enjoying that on a special occasion!

Because of that, they wouldn't offer wine flights, which is a big part of the experience. We asked to taste just three wines and barely got the opportunity. When we tried to purchase bottles, we were told they couldn't provide any chilled ones because they were too busy. We also attempted to order meatballs, but the kitchen was apparently too overwhelmed to serve them. What stood out most was how things ended. When we decided to leave due to the limited service, we were told, "don't leave us a bad review," followed by "perfect, that's better for us" as we walked out. That response felt dismissive and unprofessional. Overall, it seemed like they were operating beyond what they could handle that day. If that's the case, it would be better to limit guests or temporarily close rather than provide such a poor experience. Unfortunately, we left feeling unwelcome and disappointed.
