Eh... I tried their hummus at the farmers market. I'd never buy it. Had a falafel once at the storefront It was good. I want to start by saying that I love Authentic Mediterranean food. If I could, I would eat it every day. "To Dine For" is the farthest thing away from this. First impressions are the portions are laughably small. Second impression is that there is something fundamentally wrong with how this tasted. Stay with me as I walk you through the most forgettable and disappointing meal I have ever had. By the end you will understand how I feel so bad for those that rated this highly. If you actually tasted good Mediterranean food then you would reach Nirvana. My family ordered the Mousaka, Spanikopita, Baba Ghanouj, Lamb Roll up and Chicken Roll up. Mousaka...This was a depressing pile of crispy garbage. The meat was bland. That's if you excuse the metric ton of cinnamon that was piled onto this atrocity. The eggplant was burn to a crisp and the food literally looked like a smoldering wreck. Someone please tell these chefs that this is not a "In-Store Specialty" This is a "In store avoid at all costs" Spanikopita...semi decent. If you excuse the real lack of filling. Charge me $2 more for this and fill it up. Don't cheap out and deliver a sub par product. I don't know where they learned to cook or season this but super disappointed. Baba Ghanouj...Best of what we ordered. Again, charge me more than $6.50 and give me more than 1 pita. How can a family of 4 eat about 8oz of this and only get 1 pita. Lamb Roll-up....This was not that. Rename this to 4 small pieces of mystery meat on a skewer with a little onion. Don't order. Save your money and buy lamb from literally any place/food truck you can find that is not "To Dine For". Completely tasteless and really chewy. Chicken Roll-Up...Another tasteless piece of dry meat. I wouldn't wish it on my worse enemy to eat this piece of chicken. You literally could marinade some chicken with any store-bought seasoning and you would be Gordon Ramsey to this grade F meat. Avoid at all costs. I know I sound dramatic in this review but I had really high hopes after learning who the owners of "To Dine For" were and their background. Sadly I was extremely disappointed with everything about this meal. I am also wondering how in the world does this place have 5 star reviews. WOW WOW WOW!!! I've lived in Hull for seven years and never knew this gold mine of delicious food existed until a year ago. Now I'm in To Dine For every week! Imagine this. Chocolate hummus, red beet hummus, quinoa salad, delicious bread and anything else Mediterranean you'd expect for takeout. The owners Rafca and Paula make everything fresh and it's absolutely delicious! They always offer a free sample to let me taste-test it first. So far, they're batting 1000%! Service you ask? You'll get treated like family when you visit. These ladies are really wonderful, love what they do and appreciate their customers. I'm sittng here eating my lunch at my desk at work and it dawns on me "This food is incredible. How have I not yelped it yet?" So, here I am. I first bought their original hummus at the Hingham Farmer's Market and was blown away. The next time I went back they were out of the original hummus so I tried the Kalamata olive hummus and liked it even more. This booth is always packed at the Farmer's Market and if you don't get there early, things sell out. Now that Farmer's Market season is over, I intended to take a trip to their location in Hull but then I found out they sell their products at my local grocery store, the Hingham Marketplace (and the Milton Marketplace too). I have expanded my horizons and I now buy their hummus, tabbouleh, marinated feta cheese, stuffed grape leaves and 3-bean salad (which probably has some fancy Mediterranean name I'm unaware of). I make lunches for us to take to work during the week and our favorite day is "Mediterranean Day" where I pack up a variety of these tasty items with a side of Stacy's pita chips. It's healthy, it's a nice change-up from a boring sandwich and it travels well in my compartmentalized Tupperware container. This is seriously some of the best Mediterranean food I've ever had. I just looked at their website and it turns out they also sell shish kabob, moussaka and spanikopita among other things at their location Hull so I will definitely be making a trip to try some more things. read more

This is genuinely the most delicious food I have eaten in ages. We picked up some basic red olives at the Hingham farmers market and after eating them in the car went straight back to get some mexican hummus and back again for Tabouleh and couldn't stop eating it. Each recipe was the best version I have tried of everything. We are planning to make the trip from South Boston to the restaurant in Hull especially to try their Falafel. I cannot wait! read more

To Dine For is absolutely the best food and healthiest food you can eat. Believe me, I have reversed my diabetes and avoided back fusion by eating their food for 6 years now. We used To Dine For to cater my birthday party. I am Greek-American and my husband is from Greece so we are very picky about Middle Eastern - Greek food. The food was absolutely phenomenal. Everything was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Absolutely delicious cabbage rolls, stuffed squash, green beans, both vegetarian and meat-filled grape leaves, best tabbouleh I have ever had, incredible hummus. To Dine for has the most delicious middle eastern food we have found anywhere always fresh and wonderful. unfortunately since we have moved to maine, we are only able to stock on their wonderful selections occasionally, but when we do it is all "to dine for" for days. :) worth the trip! read more
