I've been going to Karen for years and have nothing bad to say about her and her services!! In fact many of my friends go to Karen, as well. In my experience, I don't agree with the negative review that was posted. It's not possible for all of your lashes to fall out by the second day. And if they are, it's definitely because you aren't taking care of them. I never touch my lash extensions unless I am cleaning them or brushing them. It's recommended that you get a fill every 3 weeks, but my photos are proof that if you take care of your lashes they WILL LAST LONGER. In the past, I have accidentally put eyeliner on my eyes that had oil in it and noticed that the lashes were coming off more easily, but that was my own fault for not checking the make up product first. Karen had informed me that that could happen with oil-based products--even then they didn't all come off in a day. ****You are not supposed to use any kind of OIL-BASED products on your eyes when you have lash extensions because it can weaken the lash glue.**** Karen is a very informative person, especially to people that have never had extensions on before. But even still, if you aren't sure about something, it's common sense to ask her or at least google it beforehand. That being said, Karen is very responsive and has been happy to answer any and all of my questions, in a timely manner. She's also come in earlier than her usual hours to accommodate me. Her technique is flawless and because of it I have never been in pain or had itchy eyes. She cares about every singe one of her clients. And she treats you the same way she would treat her best friend or even her daughters. Every time I come to see her we have the best conversations and I walk out with a big smile on my face. Karen's work speaks for itself and is the reason why so many of my friends and I continue to do business with her. Finally! A stylist that is talented, professional and welcoming in the Valley. Karen focuses on the health of the hair that is great, as well as the latest styles that fit me. I also walked away with lashes (flairs) which was nice to not have to go elsewhere for that appointment. Karen even fixed my lashes right away when some fell off after I vigorously scrubbed my face. I felt really ridiculous having to get them repaired until Karen convinced me not to worry about it and would fix them right away. Next time I think I will get Karen to put on her individual lashes. I have been going to Karen for a little over a year now and my hair is the healthiest it has been in years! She definitely has the "it" factor when it comes to creating healthy and manageable natural hair. I love how she takes her time with clients. I have asked her on numerous occasions..."do you have another client coming in soon?" At most salons I feel that once I am in the chair we have to move right along as if I were on a production line...get in get out. But with Karen it's not like that. She takes her time and makes you feel so relaxed and special as if you are her only client for the day. She is like that with EACH and every one of her clients...I have seen her in action. Now let's talk about my lashes....OMG! She is the BEST! when it comes to lashes. She is quick but very, very, very precise. Jonelle is such an artist with micro blading brows! My sister plucked my brows at age 13, super thin.
