This is the hallmark of GREAT customer service. I used them again in June 2015 and, once again, GREAT results. (1) They arrived within the time frame they said they would; (2) The crew-lead reviewed the service order with me to ensure what they were going to do met my request & expectation; (3) They worked as a team, safely and efficiently; (4) They cleaned up as they worked and even left my place a little better than they found it by cleaning up a pile of weeds I had sitting there waiting for me to clean up! (5) My landscaping under the one tree was not distributed one bit because they cleaned up very carefully and thoroughly. (6) Every crew member was polite, professional and friendly. Another important note: Dearborn Tree Service is fully insured and they share that information with you.
