I had a few concerns with removing the tree's: like damage to my new driveway, how close the large maple is to my house, and how close my backyard trees were to my neighbors garage. Brian (owner) came out a second time to take a look at my concerns and was confident they would have no issues. They even gave me their insurance policy with the quote so I could feel reassured that if something did happen, their insurance would take care of it. The crew was extremely friendly and professional and very helpful answering some questions I had this morning. They showed up exactly when they said they would. They have 6 guys working and got the four 20+ft spruce trees down, cut up, and chipped within 45 minutes! The largest tree in my front yard required the use of a Crane, and the entire jobs including clean up was about 4.5 hours. Overall I felt relieved and happy that this job was done well and we can move onto the next project. On Christmas Eve someone set off very loud fireworks and scared the poor thing so badly it ran to the woods and climbed the highest tree. He was too afraid to come down and cried for two days and nights. We could not get a response from anyone for help. I finally found Derek on line and conveyed that the cat would probably die if we didn't get help. He was compassionate and agreed to get either one of his guys or himself there before dark. Derek was there within the hour, strapped climbing shoes on, gathered his ropes and a bucket and climbed above the cat like he had been climbing the icy side of Mt. Everest his entire life. Derek climbed to precarious branches to reach out and grab Trey (the beloved cat) and brought him safely to his family. Derek brought peace and blessings to our Christmas holiday.

Highly recommended Landscaping company. The crew was quick, precise polite and professional…read more The owner was cheerful, knowledgeable, and informative. The owner followed up when the job was complete for a walkthrough. I pointed out some things that I wasn't sure I liked, and he had the crew out the next day, no questions, no problems, just to make sure that everything was absolutely perfect, and to my liking. I had my property graded to allow water to flow away from the house, and plumbing buried in the yard that runs from my gutter downspouts out to the end of the driveway. I also had them roto-till the yard, mix in soil condition and grade the lot in preparation for me to put down grass sod myself. I also had a small concrete slab installed and some nice rocks put in the backyard where there is not enough sunlight for grass. They did a fantastic job.

So, I called and spoke with a female who said that she would get ahold of the estimator and get back with me. Another week went by....no calls. So, I called again and left a message with someone who appeared to be taking calls during the lunch hour. He said he would give them the message and they would call back. Another week....no calls. I guess if they didn't think the job was profitable enough, maybe they should have at least had the courtesy to let me know so I could get another estimate. Now weeks have passed by and I have to start all over again with new estimates. They were not reliable at all when it came to returning my calls and I never even got an estimate for the work. I am a businessman too. Good luck running a business that way. You'll be out of business once word gets around.
