After that visit, I called the office to follow up and get pricing for the recommended services. I also called the manager, and he assured me he would be out within the next few days to take a look at my lawn and provide the pricing update I needed. However, it has now been almost three weeks, and I still haven't heard from him. I've called several times and left messages, but I have not received a return call. I was due for my next treatment in June, and it's now July. I still haven't heard from anyone. I'm not sure where the breakdown in communication occurred, but as a paying customer, I expected better service and follow-up. At no point was I rude or difficult--I simply had questions and concerns about my lawn and wanted to better understand the recommended services. Instead, I've been left without any updates or support. Because of this experience, I'll be looking for another lawn care company. I can't continue paying for services when I'm not receiving the level of communication and customer service I expect. I hope this feedback helps improve communication with future customers, because my experience with the Troy, Michigan location has been very disappointing.

Tom from TNT tree removal service, did an excellent job today. This is the second time he has…read moreremoved a tree for us. Last evening and earlier this morning we had rain and a wind storm. I called his office, his wife Joanne answered and promised me that they would try to stop by today, if not tomorrow morning first thing. About 3 hours later Tom is on my door step giving me an estimate and concern that this tree was laying in the street edge, but not blocking traffic, all the same it was a hazard. After we agreed on his very reasonable price he started right then and there. He had a helper and a chain saw, and immediately cut the hanging branches and removed the limbs laying in the street. What relief to have him do that for us. His other crew showed up 1 1/2 hours later, to cut down the rest of the tree and remove the stump. They performed exactly what was quoted in the price. We are very happy with the company, the quality of customer service and the reasonable pricing. We where treated more like family and all the workers were very professional. We would recommend them to all our family and friends.

Huron Forestry did an excellent job. The crew was prompt, professional and took pride in the work they did. They went out of the way to make sure my yard looked balanced and even trimmed some additional trees to make sure everything looked great as a whole. They really cared about me, the customer, and made sure I was happy. The cleanup was also impressive. They smoothed out all the dirt from stump grinding, picked all the mess from cutting and even raked up fallen branches that were on trees that they didn't cut, again exceeding expectations. One tree (an Apple tree) dumped Apples all over the yard from cut down branches. The guys cleaned up all loose branches and left the yard as good as when they arrived. Reasonable pricing and very helpful to remove a few extra branches that weren't in the quote. I highly recommend them for doing this type of work - you will be pleased.
