2/28/26 Sure, shave ice sounds good on a hot day but I'm here for Spam Musubi
    Jennifer W.

2/28/26 Small mom & pop shop in a plaza serving island grinds. There are 2 entrances, one for dine-in & one for to-gos. Parking is shared among businesses, free. I was promptly greeted by the lady at the register with a kind & beautiful smile. Ordered my 4 musubis (spam) for to go & she says they're made fresh & offered to take to my car once it's ready. She also offered iced water while I waited. I availed myself to their lavatory & it nice & clean. It was long until my hot spam musubis were ready. I'm accustomed to having them served in Saran wrap but these weren't so they were falling apart. The spam to rice ratio was more in the rice side but these weren't delicious nonetheless. These were definitely made to order, not too salty either. Would love to try other dishes at another time if in the area.

I hadn't been to TNT in several years but was reminded that it is so good at a recent event where I tried their Kalua Pork, Teriyaki Chicken and Bacon Fried Rice and really enjoyed them. I liked it so much that I ordered catering for my birthday party last month. We ordered the Kalua Pork, Bacon Fried Rice and Chinese Chicken Salad. Everything was ready when promised and the friendly staff were very accommodating and even helped us to the car with the trays of food. I also asked for some extra salad dressing which they included for free. Everything was absolutely delicious. The smoky flavor of the Kalua Pork was perfect and the bacon fried rice was amazingly decadent. The Chinese Chicken Salad was great, too, and the dressing was awesome. I still have some leftover dressing that I'm been using on salads at home. Really yummy. Prices were decent; pretty much inline with others out there. I'd definitely use their catering again or drop in for some killer Hawaiian grub. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Four couples dining this morning with us being five so the service was pretty quick and food came out quickly as well. Food was delicious and definitely good local flavor.

This is a great place to eat if you're in the mood for Hawaiian food or miss the Hawaiian islands. They have everything from loco moco, katsu, musubi, and even shaved ice. The workers here are wonderful and patient. Really nice ambiance for individuals, families, dates, etc. We tried 3 different musubis and liked them all. Aside from the classic spam musubi, they also have katsu and portuguese musubi. They're unique and delicious. I'd get all 3 again. The spicy sesame katsu bowl is packed with many different layers of flavor. You got the crunch of the tender katsu which is nicely balanced out with their sauce they apply on top of it. The side of coconut shrimp is a nice addition to any entree. The max moco loco is a large bed of steamed rice, a hamburger patty, their portuguese sausage, and corned beef patty all under 3 eggs and topped with their brown gravy. This one was really good. The meat is buried under their gravy so each bite is a bit of a fun surprise since you don't know which meat you'll be biting into lol Their bacon fried rice should be a staple in any Hawaiian restaurant. It's so good!! I love bacon in anything so I was happy to try their version of bacon fried rice. i'd get this one again too. We had so much that we needed boxes for leftovers.

If you're looking for a spot that feels like it's truly part of the community, TNT Aloha Cafe is exactly that. When we went, there were so many locals coming in and out, you could immediately tell this is a place people come back to again and again. Those are always the best kinds of spots. We also had the chance to meet the owner, Steve, and he was genuinely one of the nicest, most welcoming people. You can feel how much heart he puts into the food and the space. We ordered a little bit of everything to try: spam musubis, poke nachos, their new spicy katsu bowl, fried rice, and of course loco moco. Honestly, everything was delicious. The flavors were comforting, portions were generous, and it all tasted fresh and made with care. The spicy katsu bowl especially stood out, crispy, flavorful, and just the right amount of heat. This is the kind of place you root for. Great food, great people, and a strong local following for a reason. We'll definitely be back.

My family and I had such an amazing breakfast here at TNT! We can't wait to go back already! Everyone enjoyed their food! Portion is great for sharing. I ordered their Lau Lau with macaroni and white rice. It's cooked to perfection--literally melted in my mouth! I couldn't get enough of it! I also ordered a side of poke and it paired so well! My daughter ordered spam musubi and a short stack, both were also devoured! She almost never finishes a meal but today, she impressed us all! I got a bite of her pancake and wow, it's so delicious! It stands out compared to other breakfast spots in the area. High recommend. I asked if they had fresh fruits since my daughter loves those. Unfortunately it wasn't an option. I do suggest they have fruit cups in the future. Service was really great! Everyone that helped us were so nice. They stayed busy the entire time we were there but they were quick to clean tables and get people's orders in. I love this place for families with little kids! There's plenty of parking too.

Came here after my occupational therapy and physical therapy sessions helped me work up an appetite. Place was packed and i had to park a bit far from the door. The aloha spirit is strong there. Customers helped me with the door to enter. Luckily there was one table open, so I was able to walk with my cane to get ro tge table. I was in the mood for lau lau and a cold drink. I ordered a can of POG to pair with my lau lau. The lau lau is loaded with meat and tastes wonderful. I placed a to go order to eat later for dinner. We are trying the char sui egg foo yung, and tge sesame chicken. Inside the restaurant feels like eating back in Hawaii. Service was also spot on. Love the table service, so easier for me to navigate compared to our other favorite Hawaiian restaurant.

You know what's crazy, is that I used to live down the street from this place and never tried it. Big mistake. I've basically tried every Hawaiian food spot in the South Bay and I have to say this is in my top 5. I ordered the loco moco, tnt plate, and a side of poke. The loco moco was just ok, I felt the burger patties could have been better seasoned but the tnt plate and poke were awesome. Their teriyaki sauce was very good and the katsu was fried perfectly and crispy. But the poke...dude, have you ever eaten something and it's nothing crazy or flashy but one bite and...gospel music. All in all they definitely cook with aloha. And I'll definitely be back.

We've been coming here for 2 decades and happy the original owners sold it to someone who knows how to serve the same great Hawaiian dishes. The best thing on the menu is the Aloha Royal plate and the service is amazing! He even helped elderly patrons to their car and got water for another who had a pet in the car.

    Katsu chicken and fresh poke!

I normally have my go to spots when it comes to both Hawaiian food and poke. Went to Walgreens that's in the same parking lot and thought to give TNT aloha cafe a shot. We were greeted and seated right away upon entering. Our server was nice, prompt and attentive. The only reason why I'm taking a star off was because one of the two dishes we ordered was just ok. The loco moco had a decent gravy and the eggs were fine. But the meat/ground beef patty we ordered was bland and had quite a few bites of just hard pieces and gristle. Ruined the dish for me. What made up for it was the chicken katsu plate with white rice, mac salad and their house poke. The katsu and sauce were great! Perfect portion. But what was surprising, was how flavorful and fresh the poke was!!! Pleasantly surprised. I'll come back for this exact dish and maybe even a poke bowl by itself!

This is a pretty cool local hidden gem in Torrance! As I was debating on what to get out loud with my brother, one of the staff gave me some good recommendations & I ended up getting the TNT plate because I wanted to try multiple items. All the food was yummy :) I had plenty of leftovers for dinner too! Other perks I liked was that There is plenty of parking in the plaza & the wait was short.

    Saimin and Mac salad

Had the Saimin today with some Mac salad and char sui fried rice. Everything is so good it's hard to pick. Wanted the Poke nachos which are always good just changed at the last minute. Anyway just come and eat and be happy!

Looking for Hawaiian food in the South Bay, this place is worth checking out! The staff and service were exceptional and the menu is authentic! The place is dinner style something that you would find in Hawaii! Plenty of plaza parking and clean restrooms! Give them a try!

[Parking]: The bakery has a small private parking lot and I had no issue finding an available spot on a weekday. [Atmosphere]: The bakery has both indoor and outdoor tables. [Menu]: The #1 baked good to order here is the Almond Croissant, but they ran out of the regular almond croissant at 12:45 PM on Sunday during my first visit. I was pretty determined to get it so I came back the next day at 10 AM and was able to get one. They also offer mini versions of select croissants, quiche, sandwiches, salads, coffee, tea, etc. *** Quiche Lorraine (Madrange Parisian Ham, Emmental Swiss Cheese, Cage Free Organic Eggs Filling, and Chives - $10.95): The employee kindly warmed it up for me and it was the last one on Sunday afternoon. It had an amazing melt-in-your-mouth texture. Mini Almond Chocolate Croissant (Laminated Puff Pastry, French Isigny Butter, Almond Cream, Chocolate & Sliced Almond - $4.45): It was cold so didn't have a soft texture. The chocolate was a bit overpowering. Blueberry Madeleine (French Traditional Flour, French Isigny Butter, Blueberry Jam & Cake Free Organic Eggs - $4.25): A solid pastry. Mini Almond Croissant (Laminated Puff Pastry, French Isigny Butter, Almond Cream & Sliced Almond - $3.95): I liked it better than the almond chocolate croissant because it had molasses instead of chocolate (the molasses tasted less overpowering). *** I highly recommend Quiche Lorraine and Almond Croissant, but I have to admit these baked goods aren't exactly affordable. P.S. - The bakery has a rewards program ($5 off birthday reward).

After dropping over $200 at the other place, we were pleasantly surprised to see the very reasonable prices for the food at the Rockefeller. We told our waiter that we were in a hurry to get our kids because of the bad experience that we had down the street and did a fabulous job of getting our food to us super-fast. Staff: Our waiter was so nice, understanding, quick and made a great recommendation on the bread pudding. Price: When we got our bill, just wow! We shared the fries but even had some extra to bring home. The only thing I didn't love was my cocktail. I don't remember what it was called some spicy tropical drink.
