I HIGHLY RECOMMEND 10 out of 10!! (Long Review Below lol) I got in contact with Germaine through my inquiry about an apartment I saw listed on Craigslist. He replied promptly and informed me that the apartment I was inquiring about was just taken by another perspective tenant. He then asked me which areas I was interested in moving to. I gave him a list of preferred neighborhoods and he told me about a beautiful apartment just outside of my preferred area.. I was reluctant but 2 days later I went to see the apartment and you know what.. Germaine was NOT Wrong. The apartment was not only beautiful, but was within budget, and it was Huge! He showed me around the building, laundry room, I met with the Super, and Germaine explained to me how the process would look going forward should I be interested.. and I definitely was. 2 weeks later... I signed my lease today! The entire process was 2-3 weeks. Germaine was very informative, and followed up when he said he'd follow up. Anyone thinking about going through this process just be patient, ask questions, and remember to do your part as well, you will not be the only perspective tenant, you will not be the only client they work with.. be patient, be cordial, do your part to get them your documents in a timely manner and trust the process!! To say the least, DO YOURSELF THE FAVOR and have Mr. Frias assist you with your real estate matters. The experience was by far the best I've had with any company. He was extremely attentive, and professional. Throughout the entire process of renting my apartment he was checking in with me daily to ensure all my expectations were met. He was able to get me a brand new spacious unit with every quality I demanded, from the King master bed room to even walk in closets(the closets weren't a demand but we're a very pleasant surprise).The best part of the ordeal was that I got everything I wanted, +more for a price I don't think anyone in New york has. It's the definition getting my money's worth. Mr. Frias was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating as well in a matter of days I had my apartment down to the signed lease. let me start off by saying I was having extremely difficult time with multiple agents looking for a apartment or house big enough for my family with parking. NO LUCK ! That is until I came across this ad for a house I took interest in I reached out, Germaine called me immediately nice guy, great attitude the unit I inquired about wasn't ready for viewing but Germaine told me about another place that was just listed . We set a date I view, loved it started application process got cleared background check, literally just signed my lease and received all my keys that same day the entire process took maybe 3 weeks, I'll be moving in this weekend so my experience dealing with TLF realtors was great read more

Tomy was the best for helping me and my family move, hes on point, very professional, always responsive to any of my concerns, never made us feel like he wasn't supportive even after moving in my 4 bedroom apartment. An absolute fact is when and if I should move again just know Tomy name and number will forever be saved in my phone for the job. I met Germaine after inquiring about an apartment via Craigslist. He seemed cool and would reach out to show me other apartments, when available. I liked the last apartment I saw with him and he said he would send me the application and follow up. I never received the application nor heard from him again. I thought about reaching out to him, but decided not to- since he would get paid a month and a half rent fee. I'm not going to do someone's job for them and then pay them.
