The board voted to fire them but then covid struck so we postponed looking into replacing them. Now 3 years later they had to let go of our agent for reasons unknown. Communication with the building condo owners is beyond horrible. They are not proactive in any way and many residents complain to me that they don't even respond to emails and if they do it can be 3 or 4 days later. I even tried twice to meet with the owner who refused and instead had me meet with the terrible agent instead which went nowhere. There time is up, don't let the door hit you in the ass RH. They can't even muster 2 stars. wish I could leave zero stars. That's even too good for them. Don't even think about hiring them you will regret it....

Fortunately, we had dated photos of the apartment showing it was in the same shape as when we moved in a few years prior, and we were able to get most of our deposit back after a lot of back and forth. If you're a tenant in one of their buildings, I highly recommend documenting the condition of the apartment when you move in (missing screens in windows, small chips or scrapes, etc.). Otherwise, they will make every effort to keep your security deposit.

Someone referred me to RPPM and I called them kind of skeptical bc I've had bad experiences before with management companies that just take your money and don't really do much. But these guys are different. John was straight with me from the jump, explained everything they do, didn't oversell it. They handled some violation issues I had pending and I didn't have to stress about it. Communications with my tenants have been way more professional than when I was doing it myself lol. I used to just text my tenants which I know is not the right way to do it. Only thing I'd say is sometimes I wish they responded a little faster but honestly when they do get back to me everything is thorough and correct so I think its just they are busy and doing things right rather then rushing. Not really a complaint just something I noticed. Overall very happy. My rug was damaged in the process but saved a lot of furniture by absorbing and creating a barrier to keep the water from getting further into my apartment. It's shameful that people have jobs but don't want to do them effectively. Especially when you're serving others and providing services that adhere to their shelter! Residents were also very nice and friendly. I enjoyed my stay in the busy and stressful city thanks to all of them. As other people mention, the contract & deposit return may need improvements. They are too busy and it's hard to catch them. When I wanted to make a regular contract to 6 month after living 3 years, I needed to call several times / several days to catch them and get the special contract. However, they made it 6 month in the end. Another difficulty was when I requested security deposit return. In both cases, the building's super & doormen kindly helped me a lot and he talked to the company directly. The well maintained and secured building, super and doormen are definitely 5 stars. I'd give it 5 stars when they improve the contract management part.
