Just met TK( Travis) Plumbing and his assistant Neil and they are two outstanding individuals. Called TK Plumbing yesterday and asked,( if possible), to set an appointment for this morning. He juggled his schedule to accommodate a next day- morning meeting. The pluming problem I was facing was a clogged cast iron kitchen drain ( 60 year old cast iron drain pipe) . Travis and I discussed options. One of which was to remove a complete section of cast iron and replace it with ABS piping material. Travis quoted a very fair price to do this work and sent his quote instantly to my phone. When asked what his availability would be to start this work, Travis replied, Now! Lets get it done now! Amazing "get it done" attitude. Two hours later the problem was solved. Travis also shared knowledge and insight on a number of other plumbing related questions that I had. We discussed the care and maintenances of tank less water heaters, Travis and Neil solved a hot water/water pressure problem with the kitchen sink ( no charge) and for an addition cost ( that asked for), they "snaked" the main kitchen drain to ensure the problem would not reoccur. Excellent, professional job at a reasonable cost. No hidden charges, no up selling additional or unneeded work. I'm Oceanside and so is TK Plumbing. Its great to keep it local! read more

We had a problem with water in our condo under the carpet. Thought we fixed the problem and left for a day. A day later the problem still existed. Couldn't figure it out. Found TK Plumbing online because we thought they could do both leak detection and repair the plumbing. We are very happy we did. Travis arranged for the leak detection through his contacts and arrived immediately to investigate the problem. After researching the problem they discovered a leak in the wall in the hot water system. Travis repaired the leak and through his contacts got a water damage company to come in and clean up the water. Travis was very professional and has all the contacts he recommends. He was very prompt and assured the other workers met with our satisfaction. He was extremely reasonable and also repaired a toilet flange while he was there. He went beyond what you would expect to make sure we were happy. We will keep his number and recommend TK Plumbing to anyone who needs some help. read more

I called Travis at TK Plumbing after discovering a water leak originating from a water pipe going into the slab inside the wall between our bathroom and garage. He explained that the first step would be to pinpoint the leak, then determine whether bypassing the line would be a more affordable option. He recommended a reputable leak detection company that showed up the same day I called. They determined that it was located underneath the bathroom sink and tile floor. I called Travis and he came over at 6:30 p.m., capped of the leaking pipe, turned our water back on, and explained the options. The following day, he returned w/ his partner, rerouted the pipe, and (at my request) installed water & sewer connections to enable installation of a utility sink in the garage. I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of work and affordable cost. Travis and Kevin take pride in their work and are clearly striving to build a reputation of integrity and customer service. read more

Travis did an excellent job of repairing a challenging leak in the PVC irrigation pipe in my front yard, and I highly recommend his services. Travis is professional in every way, honest, sincere, and a most impressive businessman. There are a number of high-profile plumbers in North County, and I'm sure they are very good. However, for your next plumbing job, give TK Plumbing a chance to at least bid on your project. Some of these high-profile organizations may have a showroom, an office or answering service and may seem to be the one to hire. Travis seems to be more of a lean operation. Still, he always answers his cell phone immediately and follows up quickly. Please, give Travis your highest level of consideration for your next indoor or outdoor plumbing job. Happy New Year to all, and may the only thing that leaks is the champagne from your bottle of bubbly to ring in 2021! read more

After reading the reviews that Travis received on Yelp, I decided to give him a call on a Sunday afternoon for a leak that I had on my old cooper water lines as I installed a new facet in the kitchen. He immediately picked up and offered to come out, but I told him Monday would be fine as I knew this wasn't an emergency situation. He showed up on Monday and was very professional and replaced two valves at a reasonable price and was very prompt within his time window he provided me, courteous and neat. The work was done right and came with a guarantee. In addition, I had him check my hall toilet tank which was over 10 years old, but he said everything checked out fine and did not try to sell me something that I didn't need. I appreciate giving my business to a local plumber and will definitely recommend Travis and TK Plumbing to my friends and family for any future needs. read more

I've lived in our apartment complex the longest so when something goes wrong I'm usually making the calls to the landlord. Over the weekend the hot water heater for the laundry room broke and started leaking water everywhere. The landlord called their usual plumber (who ups their prices for the weekend) and they said they couldn't make it out until Monday. Kind of disappointing... I ask if I could call around and found TK Plumbing. They came out the same day, wrote an estimate and had the job done for without any extra weekend expenses in a couple of hours. TK Plumbing is friendly, fast, professional service when you need it and without breaking the bank. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! read more

I just really wanted to share some positive feedback about two amazing people we had the chance to work with - Travis and Abigail. They helped us get through an inspection, and honestly, I don't know what we would've done without them. They were incredibly responsive and prompt, understood the urgency of the situation, and always stayed on top of things. Travis was punctual, professional, and even took the time to give us some extra consultations, which we really appreciated. We're genuinely looking forward to working with them again on future projects. If anyone is looking for reliable, professional, and caring people to work with - I can't recommend them enough! read more

Travis is the owner/operator at TK Plumbing. He answers his own phone and was able to arrive asap. I purchased a new toilet for him to install, but upon inspection he told me that a new one was not needed. That saved me a lot of money! He offered a solution for my garbage disposal problem, again saving me money. He inspected another possible toilet problem, but determined that it was OK. He gave helpful advise for future possible toilet replacements, if/when needed. Travis ended up replacing my 1988 pressure regulator for a very reasonable price. I will definitely call him again with any plumbing problems!!! He is honest and professional! Linda S. read more

We needed two sets of faucets replaced in our master bathroom - they were leaking so badly we just turned the water off! Called TKP, and they told us immediately exactly how to contact Delta to get free replacement parts because of our new home warranty. Travis and Kevin replaced the faucets perfectly (yes, we had two different visits because the parts for each sink were shipped separately!), and they helped us save money on parts. Oh, and did I mention Travis stopped by the same day when I called a month later, to unclog our garbage disposal in about 60 seconds? Love these guys. read more

Travis was recommended by a friend when we had a pipe leak. He came out the same day we called him and he found/fixed the leak in no time. We were so pleased with his service that when it was time for us to change our water heater, he was the only person we called. He came out and replaced our water heater and did such a good job that we asked him to change our toilet as well. He was able to get the toilet we wanted and installed in on the same day as the water heater. If you ever need a plumber, give Travis a call, very professional! read more

TK Plumbing is our go-to company for all our plumbing needs. I know I'm always going to get an honest response at a more than fair price. Travis is a great guy who's ready to answer questions and get the job done ASAP and done right! I've had him replace our kitchen sink, do some work in the bathroom and even called when I thought we might have a slab leak. He talked it through with me over the phone. Turns out it wasn't a slab leak. Either water spilt or one of our dogs peed. LOL I would HIGHLY recommend Travis and TK Plumbing. read more

I couldn't recommend TK Plumbing more highly. When you need high quality work, which is hard to find these days, at a reasonable rate, Travis is your guy. Honest, straightforward, and highly skilled. Overall excellent experience with a true professional! TK Plumbing will be my go-to for all plumbing here forward. read more

Travis and his guy came to the rescue today! We had a major leak from a broken pipe which caused the ceiling to be raining! Travis re-arranged his schedule to fit us in and was there within minutes! To say I was relieved is an understatement. They were extremely professional, thorough, and clean! I can't thank them enough for repairing the pipe and setting up another company to come out and fix the walls and ceiling. They are now saved in my phone as favorite TK plumbing! read more

We had Travis in our house on a Sunday morning due to a water leak in our ceiling above the kitchen. He came asap fixed the leak and we were very pleased with the job. We decided to call him back to change all the pipes to prevent potential problems. He came with Neil this time and the job done was excellent. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a great plumber. We know who is going to be our plumber now. Thank you Travis and Neil for everything. read more

Just finished up with a weekend emergency where needed to get a plumber out to fix my refrigerator water line so that I could get my new refrigerator installed. He came out the next day, on Sunday, fixed it within 30 minutes and saved me a lot of grief. He even checked my water pressure while here. Highly recommend this organization. Most definitely will work with him again. He charged $200 less than the quote from other organizations. Thank you! read more

The toilet in our main restroom took a dump on us (no pun intended) this morning. So many companies up their prices on the weekends making getting good service near impossible. A friend recommended TK plumbing to us and we are recommending them to you. They offer great prices, friendly and efficient service, and an honest diagnosis to what the problem is. I highly recommend giving them a call if you have any plumbing issues. Thanks Travis. read more

Very PLEASED!!! Had Travis and Kevin from TK Plumbing connect my Gas Grill to my Natural Gas line on the outside of my house. They were fast and efficient in adding an in-line shut-off valve to my Natural Gas line and then connecting it to my Gas Grill. I like the fact that they write up a Cost Bid to do the work and that is what I pay after the work is completed. This is the second time I've used TK Plumbing. I highly recommend them. read more

We had a leak in one of our bathroom sink valves that could not be shut off. Even though it was during the week of Christmas, Travis was able to arrive and complete the work within a few hours (including repairing the leak and assessing and replacing other sink and toilet valves throughout the house). He was knowledgeable, efficient and charged a reasonable price for the work. We would definitely hire him again. read more
