Responsive, knowledgeable, efficient, reliable and transparent. Travis is our go-to plumber and I'd recommend him to anyone, for any need. We've had two water damage issues we had to run through insurance, and he was immensely helpful, including for the needed repairs, how to communicate with insurance and a referral to the best water mitigation company in town (ExpressDry). Having water-related emergencies isn't great, but Travis made all the difference. He also helped us decide on a tankless water heater and his team performed a very clean installation - we've been happy both with the unit and quality of work. Highly recommend Travis for any of your needs. read more

I'm a 68 year old man with bad knees and bad back. I called TK plumbing for a leak in my attic. Very easy access with attic ladder and stand up headroom. I showed him the leak and he quoted a $800 price. He replaced a 4 foot section of pipe with two compression fittings. Travis was here maybe 45 minutes with 20 minutes of work. Shame on me for my stupidity for excepting the bid but I needed the repair done to prevent further damage. It will never happen again and I will spread the word in my industry of craft beer. Next time I'll call ASI...at least they wear white gloves squeezing your balls. read more

Took care of our needs quickly and fairly. Have used before for other project. Will again in future.

I came out to the garage to go to work yesterday morning and thought "mmm it's raining". Then it sunk in that it was raining INSIDE the garage. So surreal. Water dripping and streaming from the garage ceiling and down the walls. We shut off our water main but it didn't help. Called TK Plumbing and Travis said what's your address, I'll be right there. Travis and Neil rolled up and got right to work cutting into the garage ceiling to find the source. Meanwhile we contacted our HOA, tried to contact the neighbor in case it was from next door. Fast forward- it was our neighbor's toilet that was running all night on the floor above the garages. They call it "Soft Stoppage" - what a cute name for something not awesome. Travis got us in touch with a restoration company that would work with our insurance. We still have a ways to go but having Travis and Neil come immediately and take charge was a huge relief. I'm really grateful foe these guys. read more

Travis is the best! I tried to fix my own toilet problem, and got into a real headache over it. You know a person is experienced and knowledgeable about his trade, when he can look at it, and know the problem. In fact, he fixed it in less than 10minutes, and would not even take a payment. If you have ANY issues with plumbing, trust this company (and especially Travis) to be honest and open. read more

I had a great experience with TK Plumbing and highly recommend their services! From the initial call to the completion of the job, their team was responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. read more

We ordered an ADA toilet through TK Plumbing. Travis' team installed the new toilet and took the old one with them. Travis gave us a quote over the phone for the toilet and installation and promised to call us if it went over a certain amount. Travis is fair in his prices. His team worked hard and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend TK Plumbing. read more

I called Travis after discovering water leaking through my ceiling. He arrived in less than an hour and stopped the leak. Travis was instrumental in organizing a dry out service to remedy the water damage. During the rebuild of the bathroom that was the source of the leak, Travis worked with the contractor to set the tub and shower faucet as to minimize the contractors wait time. He did a fantastic job and at a cost that was very competitive. I've used Travis before and should I ever need a plumber again he is my "go to" guy. read more

We had just moved into our new place and found that our pipes weren't safe enough to turn on the gas. The gas company required fixes, a permit, and a city inspection. Our house presented several issues which together made for a complex situation. Our general contractor was unable to address the leaks in the pipes after the work they had performed. This meant we needed to have an expert come in and be able to not only address the issues in someone else's work, but we also needed to have issues addressed from the existing pipes. Travis and Matt worked diligently on re-piping our entire house in just one day of work! While they worked on our pipes, the team back at the office navigated the permit and inspections. Travis was persistent with the inspection ensuring we passed and could have the gas company out that same night! My family and I are so pleased we chose TK Plumbing from the myriad of choices and have already recommended their services to family in the area with their own emergency. read more

A pipe burst in my house that lead to a leak. Travis and his team where able to fix it and Travis knew who to call for the drying process because of the leak. He was responsive and came on time. I recently also had an issue with another drain that was leaking a bit and Travis scheduled me the very next day and his team got the job done in less than 20 minutes. I will forsure continue to contact TK Plumbing for all my plumbing issues/needs for my house! read more

My shower handle valve broke and I was unable to remove it. I called TK Plumbing first thing in the morning and got an appointment for the same day. Travis showed up within the timeframe he had given. He came in and I showed him the issue. He gave me an honest estimate and he had the common shower valve on the truck. He was able to get the valve out with his removal tool and a few tries. He was very quick and efficient. I had pulled the retaining spring and it had disappeared in the wall and I was lucky he had one available. He put it all back together for and siliconed around the plate and shower faucet. In the end a very favorable experience and would definitely recommend TK Plumbing to all. read more

Our bathroom shower did not have enough hot water. I called several places and they explained a whole gamut of possibilities, ranging from catridge repair to the whole shower wall destruction for the internal pipe repair. I could feel some of them were trying to rip me off. When I called TK Plumbing and talked with Travis, he also explained it could be a cartridge related issue but will need to check it first. I got the impression of genuineness in that first call itself. That is why I proceeded to invite him to come over and take a look. When he arrived, first thing he checked was if there is any internal hot water child lock installed for safety. We had moved in recently so did not know the history of the place. Also I don't know the internal settings inside the handle to turn this child lock on or off. But I am surprised other plumbers did not even consider this as a potential root cause. Anyways, it did turn out to be the lock. So he only charged his fees for the in-house visit and not for anything else. And definitely not for the costly cartridge repair. He could have easily pointed out things and charged more. But he did not!! He was honest and got the job done perfectly. We hired him again for something else very recently and he did a great job with full honesty and integrity again. I highly recommend Travis for any plumbing job. He knows his stuff and is an honest and genuine person. read more

Awesome service today. James arrived on time and was super friendly and helpful. He knocked out a dishwasher install quickly and stress free and consulted on some other small items. TK Plumbing once again to the rescue. Noticed water coming from under the fridge. Travis was out to our house within a couple of hours to troubleshoot and cap off a leaking supply line that feeds the icemaker in our fridge. I have relied on TK Plumbing for multiple jobs over the past couple years. Before going to anyone else, I will always call Travis first! 1.) He will answer the call! Or call me back immediately to arrange first availability. Many contractors wait until their day is over to pick up the phone or return a call. I'm sorry, but water leaks and plumbing problems don't always happen during your downtime. 2.) Has your best interests in mind, not his own. After finding my 30-yr home had a leak at the tub faucet, he recommended doing a scan. Lo and behold, there were two others (slab and behind wall) on separate lines! Was able reroute both with no damage other than drywall to find the manifolds. Saved me thousands. 3.) Quality of service. Before Travis, I had used various local plumbers and sometimes through insurance claims, and the problems returned or were never resolved. I even had a guy drill the wrong hole in my tile for a drain, only to never come back and fix it. Not with TK - they will fix it, get it done right and clean up so you can move on to the next phase without any interruption. Above all, I trust Travis and TK Plumbing for their dedication to fix the problem! read more

I called another company to clear my main sewer line since my granddaughter accidentally flushed baby wipes, but that company actually told me to call someone else since they were busy and I'm so thankful the universe directed me here. What a great plumber / contractor experience! I called Travis on Friday night because our water heater was leaking. He provided great suggestions on how I could get by until he could come over the next morning. He arrived on time, quickly assessed the problem then suggested a great solution, but didn't oversell me. Although the repairs are not inexpensive I feel that it was priced fairly for his high quality products and workmanship that he provided. In a few short hours we went from having water leaking all over to a new Bradford White, Made in he USA, water heater. No matter what plumbing need I'll have in the future, I'll definitely make the call to Travis for the repair! read more

Our newer water heater furnace had stopped working and we were stuck with no hot water. We called TK Plumbing, and they suggested we contact the company and check on the warranty to get the part covered. We were thankful they recommend getting the part through the company which saved us money. TK plumbing responded after we received the part and installed it quickly and we are happily enjoying warm water again. I had been using a different plumbing company but after they rescheduled on us several times, I reached out to TK Plumbing and they immediately answered, scheduled me for the very next day. They provided me a 10-2 window, making it over before 10:30. During the installation, you would hardly think anyone was installing a toilet in my house for as fast and not loud they were. There was a point I had to interrupt their work to get them to move their truck for the street sweeper (I had forgot to warn them beforehand) and they were really nice and understanding about it. I am very please with the work and the amount of time it all took. Next time, I'm just going to save myself the trouble and call TK Plumbing. read more
