Amazing all around! My little battery operated water alarm alerted me late last night that my water heater started to leak at the base. I had a funny smell coming from one of my garage cabinets. I thought I was smelling sewer gas. David and Adrian of Pure Pro came out and took a look and smell. They didn't think it was a sewer smell, but rather a dead animal might be in the wall. Just to be sure, they had me run the water in the upstairs bathroom (that never gets used) and put some baking soda in the cabinet. They didn't charge me anything because as Adrian said, they didn't even have to get any tools out of their truck. Both David and Adrian were very professional, took their time and gave their recommendation. They said the next step would be a smoke test, but as that costs ~$1200 that would be the last thing to consider. After doing some research I decided to go with the Halo Guardian for my tankless water heater. I called Pure Pro Plumbing and Nathan came back the next day! Not only did he install the filter, he redid all of the old ugly pipes going to the water heater and added an expansion tank and a new shut off valve. He is very knowledgeable and fast. I had been assigned this company by American Home Shield for a water leak requiring me turn house water off. When I contacted this company they said they would be out the following day in the afternoon. Reasonable right? Well, the morning they were to come out I get a call from them stating their plumber tech had a flat tire and he had to go take it to Discount Tire and would NOT be able to make it that day! We had to reschedule for the following day. I was NOT happy but AHS would not reassign another vendor who could get out so I was forced to deal with problem of no water for another day as I waited for Pure Pro Plumbing. I realize flat tires happen so my family and I dealt with another day of no water... So the next day arrives and at 7:11am I get another call from Pure Pro Plumbing now stating the assigned plumber now had now had an emergency and that they would AGAIN not be able to make the 2-4pm window of the 2d day's appointment AGAIN!! I told the person I was speaking to that I have post surgical medical conditions and this was unacceptable. Long story short, I told the person on phone who claimed to be the owner of company that this was unacceptable! I requested Pure Pro to assign another tech to honor their RESCHEDULED appointment. Didn't swear at this man on the phone, nor did I even raise my voice but the call ended with owner angrily saying that there was nothing he could do and he was having AHS reassign another plumber and that was that... I'm not an unreasonable person. Things in life happen requiring rescheduling. Pure Pro Plumbing may be excellent in their work (I'll never know...). However, I can speak to their lack of good customer service and lack of any semblance of understanding even with a customer with a medical condition... I would not recommend this company to anyone. read more
