We were not informed about the recurring service requirements or the cost of maintenance that would occur every few years. These are significant expenses that absolutely should have been disclosed upfront. We feel we were misled about both the capabilities of the system and the true cost of ownership. Transparency and honesty are critical when making a large home investment, and unfortunately, that was not our experience. I hope this review encourages the company to be more upfront and transparent with future customers about what their systems actually do and the full scope of ongoing costs.
