Great place to go. I was visiting from out of town and broke a nail...read reviews for local spots and the reviews were good so I called and made an appointment. First impression...it was clean, professional and everybody was so nice. I watched a woman get an amazing pedicure, hot stone massage...I should have done that too! All tools were visibly sanitized and packaged for each client. I had Quinn, she was great, clean efficient and very experienced. Not bad! It was your typical mani/pedi salon with stations lined against the wall. The chairs were awesome, although it was a bit shocking when it started kneading my bum out of the blue, lol! Don't worry, you can turn that off which I did, stat! They offered a variety of non-alcoholic beverages like Gatorade and sodas. My pal and I both wanted champagne but settled for water-a full sized Smart Water. Cool! I got the 32.00 deluxe pedi. The pedi was pretty good-no callus scrub and no offer to upcharge but a nice 15 min leg and foot massage. It could have been a little harder, but I like to be hurt during my massages. ;) They have a great selection of Essie, OPI and Chini Glaze polish and even used Ceche Vite top coat, which I forgot to bring. Nice! There was no conversation from the pedicurist, not even a hello but she smiled a lot. I might return, but I like the ambiance of Vessel a bit better. read more

NEVER AGAIN!! Tried it twice, so gave them a fair chance. Rude greeting, even tho I had an appt. Then she walked away and left me standing. Talked in her native language the whole time. The worst service ever. Talk different language like they are talking about you....typical for these kinds of salons. Always ask for five dollar more for anything....right. Ok, tell or try to tell the person working on you something that you don't want or want and all the sudden they don't understand at all. People that own the business should definitely try to please if the customer if not satisfied typically but these owners blame it on the customer and say to bad that's what color you pick. Well as anyone should know things are not always as they seem. I am never the one to complain but years and years of these salons only because we all know there is no where else to go that's why we put up with it or seem to go back. Omg worst place I have ever been to. The lady dressed very unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable because they asked so many personal questions. She did my eyebrows and literally took half of it off when I said to keep them long and thick she just rushed into the job and only wanted money. At the end she shoved the mirror in my face and i had to lie and say I liked them so I wouldn't hurt her feelings but little does she know I hated them !!! My eyebrows were veryyyy nice before and all I wanted was to clean them up at the end she said the total and I gave it to her she laughed and looked at me expecting a tip. I wanna take all of these polishes and throw it in her face and ruin it like she did to my eyebrows. read more

I got my toes done here yesterday and I'm not too happy. They were nice and what not but the guy who did my toes left me bruises on my legs from "massaging" and he cut my toe. Hopefully it won't get infected. I might give them a try the next time I get a full set but I won't let the same guy do my toes again. read more

I almost hate to write a positive review for fear that the secret will get out because one of the best things about this place is the personal attention and the little, if any, wait time. It's a very relaxing environment with superior service! The only downside is it's quite pricey for pedicure services. With that said, it's all the more reason to be sure that you be sure and speak up if you're unfortunate enough to get the one bad seed ( the older Asian woman). Love the way they do nails!!! The best in town! I got a pedi here they were good i got the deluxe, it was weird thought the treatments they put something hot on my feet then when they took it off they froze!!! But whatever it was it took all the dead skin off and my feet were so soft!! The staff is always great though and friendly i love they offer drinks and a heating pad too read more

The best place to go in Paso! Owners are super nice and accommodating, they don't use cheap products, always do a good job. Only downside is they take longer than most nail places but at least your getting your money's worth! Also be sure to make an apt they don't have much walk in space. read more

I went here to get a gel manicure and pedicure because I was going to Hawaii and wanted my nails done for my vacation. I paid $77 for a gel manicure and pedicure. The last couple days of my vacation when I was hanging out on the beach I noticed that my nails already looked grown out! This was only 5 days after I had them done! I was already going to go back to TK nails to have them take off my gel nails because I cannot have nails for my job. I went back the day I got back from Hawaii which was only 8 days after I had my nails done and I told them I would like to have my nails taken off and my pedicure redone because it looks very grown out. They argued with me and said its because it's summer and nails grow faster during the summer! Unbelievable! My nails don't grow that fast. I had already felt bad for complaining but they made me feel even more uncomfortable. I just think a GEL manicure and pedicure should last longer than 8days especially after paying $77. They took of my nails and fixed my pedicure and then charged me an addition $35 to fix my pedicure!! I was upset and I didn't argue with them. I just made the decision I would never go back to Tk nails for any type of service. read more

I had been to this location to get a pedicure done once before that time I had a good experience and a very nice employee.This last time I went in I decided to get a manicure as well.The appt started of pretty good they offered me a beverage and asked if I was comfortable.When the girl finished my pedi it was time to move on to my mani she began to try and remove the polish I already had on my nails when she saw is wasn't coming off she became upset. She said "I asked you if you had gel polish on so I could soak your hands in water before hand and don't waste time on you,now we have to wait longer!" I apologized because when she had asked me I couldn't really understand what she was saying because of her accent. what i understood was if I would like a gel manicure and I had said no. The way she had spoke to me I found really rude so I told her "fine I just won't get the manicure." And all she said was "ok" and moved on to her next client did even come back to see me out and say thank you for coming in. Now from my experience when a customer decided a not to get a service done they always get asked "Are you sure?we can still do it for you I'm just letting you know for the future" but no she just walked away. If I do ever go back to this location I will make sure I never get that particular girl again!! read more

I was on vacation in Paso Robles, and desperately needed a pedicure. I consulted Yelp, and found this nail salon. I walked in without an appointment around 11am on a Sunday. I was seated within 5 minutes. The pedicure was awesome. It looked nice despite the sorry state of my toenails (I waited too long, so a few of them were chipped - pretty short and jagged). The massage was longer than most, and very relaxing. The salon seemed very clean, and the staff were nice and accommodating. As many have mentioned, complimentary beverages were included, and a nice neck wrap. I left the salon very pleased with my experience. However, only two days after my visit, my nail polish began to chip. I get frequent pedicures, and the polish always lasts at least two weeks, even during those times when I'm very active. By one week post pedicure, all my toenails had extremely chipped polish. I regret not taking a photo. So, they must either thin out their polish, or I just happened to choose an old bottle. Either way, their prices are high enough that this shouldn't have happened. I write this review as a warning to potential new clients. I would recommend that you bring your own polish to this salon, and I'm sure you'll enjoy your experience. read more
