She could tell that my back was hurting, and she hit all the right spots to work out my knots. I felt immediate relief from my back pain after the appointment and I was very relaxed. Next time I might go for the 60 minute option because after 30 minutes it wasn't ready for it to end. The only minor drawback was that I was charged an extra dollar for using my credit card. But that wasn't a dealbreaker for me and I will definitely be going back.

The only thing that truly saved the experience was the young woman who checked us out--she was incredibly sweet and apologetic when I explained what happened.
