This massage was better than ones I've had at high end hotel spas by far The pressure was perfect, I wanted medium but not deep tissue and it was just that! I feel sometimes when I say I don't like deep tissue, it ends up not being enough. But this was perfect medium pressure. I must also note how extremely clean the place was and in a quiet location. My fiancé had a lot of back pain specially around his QL. Ellen was able to schedule him in same day. Upon arriving he had quick consultation with Ellen about the condition of his back. Ellen was able to relieve most of his pain and he was able to get on with the rest of his day. She provided insight into how he should go about treating his back in the future and recommended a strength training routine as well as weekly visits to a massage therapist to prevent more scar tissue from forming. I had left Ventura County a little late and while I thought I could still make my 3pm appointment, I wanted to see what my options were. She told me 3:30 was fine and not to rush or stress. She was such a calming presence even over the phone, and in person she was even lovelier. Her office is comfortable and calming as well. As for the massage, it was wonderful.
