Omg!! this is insane...my boyfriend and i went to get a massage here one lady was coughing and sneezing on me while doing my massage, and laughed while doing so. when she did my arms or legs she would slam them down. Went for a quick 20 minute head and shoulders massage. They accept walk in appointments and were able to accommodate us at 845pm. The price is hard to beat. You get what you pay for as well. The setup was fast and clean. The atmosphere was pleasant and the room temperature was just right for the evening. The majority of the massage was pressure on my muscles, not as much actual massage as I would have liked. The best part for me was the neck and should rub towards the end of the massage. Great deal!! Who needs a fancy pants day spa where you pay $200 or more for what you can get at He's SPA for $60? Yes ... $60.00. We were heading to Paso to do some wine tasting for my daughter's birthday last weekend and she mentioned she'd like to get a massage. Since I'm on a pretty tight budget, I knew I'd need to get creative. As usual, my fellow Yelpers led me to some great options and I settled on He's Spa. Don't ever be turned off by a "Spa" in a grocery store strip center. I've had some pretty awesome massages in several of those and this was one. We arrived about 20 minutes after they opened on a Friday morning. Since I didn't know exactly what time we're get into town, I didn't make a reservation. Luckily, they got us right in for our 90 minute massage. Yes ... 90 minutes for $60!! 45 minutes on the body (neck, shoulders and back) then 45 on the feet, legs, neck and head. YES!!! The body part was in a private room that had two beds so my daughter and I shared. We stripped down to our painties and slipped under our towles. Many yelpers mentioned that when they did a doubles massage that the workers would whisper to each other. This wasn't the case for us. Our ladies were very quiet and respectful of our relaxation. The body massage was just as good as any fancy spa downtown. They found the knots and worked em out. Always asking if we were "okay" with the pressure. When that portion was done, we put our close back on and heading to the main room for our foot massage. By this time we were very relaxed. The foot massage chairs are so comfortable. We both fell asleep during this and were embarrassed when our snoring woke us up. oy. But man oh man did it feel sooooooo wonderful. However my one recommendation would be to schedule your massage on a day that you weren't going wine tasting right after. I do alot of strength training and I have to say this was one of my favorite massages. First.. they ask if the amount of pressure they use is good. In my opinion, they can go as deep as they want. Secondly, it's pointless to wear underwear.. those things are gone within seconds. Herendous job. I went on my day off to go get a massage and they were SUPER RUDE! Right when my friend and I walked in, the owner was mad and kept rolling his eyes at us. He then wanted us each in different rooms BUT when we made an appt we told him we wanted to sit in the chairs together which he was okay with. While I was getting my massage, the girl that was giving me my massage kept putting her hands down my pants when I told her I felt uncomfortable and didn't like it. She then proceeded to pull the towel up when I was wearing shorts while I kept pulling it down. Never again will I be coming here ! This is outrageous. I still tipped her because she stood in front of me to tip her, then when I went to go pay, they lady at the front desk asked if I was going to tip again & I told her no because I had already tipped the other girl. My husband and I were passing through town on a road trip and thought it would be a treat to get a massage. So we looked on yelp and it had good ratings..... Must've been made by their employees. In all honesty We don't think we've ever had a worse massage experience We don't expect top of the world massages at a place like this but my goodness... Where to begin. We were put in a room with two beds so we could be together which was nice but then the massages began and it went downhill from there. Both of the girls continually struck our spines and bones with their elbows - it was very clear from early on that these girls did not have any bit of proper training. My husband who is not a complainer said that he actually started to feel concerned that she might injure him. To make matters worse all they did was talk in their language the ENTIRE TIME! And as a result they would lose focus on the massage and they would just stop rubbing because they were too busy talking and laughing!! It made it so uncomfortable because neither one of us wanted to even stay for the massage but you're stuck there... What do you do?? It is extremely rare for us to never tip and we did not tip these girls because of such a horrible experience. If we could've left a negative tip we would have. Then to put the cherry on the Sunday (get ready for this one folks) they chased us out the door for a tip! When explaining why they didn't get a tip they both argued with us and stormed off. I was a little worried due to the reviews but the therapist did not disappoint. I have many knots and a lot of tension in my upper back. My masseuse, Hy Liu (sp?), went to work on them. I have never had a massage where I was sore in the middle of the massage! I feel so much better and it was only $50 for an hour. I might get another massage before the end of my trip. The front desk had me a little confused. He puts you in a room with no directions. I've had many massage before but it's a little confusing on what your suppose to do when there are no sheets to lay under just a bare table.
