She consistently checked in with me to ensure the rocks weren't too hot and that she wasn't massaging too hard, and she was very thoughtful about areas that don't get a lot of attention -- for instance, the outer edges of my knees, the insides of my ankles, and the area on my face where my cheek meets my ear. The changing room is like a converted closet. Maybe 6 lockers. But you still have privacy since you can lock the door. I can't imagine any more than one person in there getting changed comfortably. There are no showers (but I didn't necessarily need one). After I checked in and changed, I was shown to the relaxation room. The front desk person did not point out the fruits and nuts, nor the patio, but I didn't partake in either. Now on to the massage therapist ... WOW. WOW. WOW. I can't say enough positive things about Michelle (I'm really hoping I remember her name correctly). She did a deep tissue massage and found ALL the knots. She worked them REALLY well and I can tell, as a spa enthusiast myself, that she knows what she's doing. It was an incredible deep tissue massage. Deducted 1-star because I wasn't offered the infrared spa after the massage and didn't receive the prosecco that came with the add-on.
