The room was clean and had a calm ambience. During the massage, the provider used your variety of techniques, including hot stones. She could tell that my back was hurting, and she hit all the right spots to work out my knots. I felt immediate relief from my back pain after the appointment and I was very relaxed. Next time I might go for the 60 minute option because after 30 minutes it wasn't ready for it to end. The only minor drawback was that I was charged an extra dollar for using my credit card. But that wasn't a dealbreaker for me and I will definitely be going back.

The only thing that truly saved the experience was the young woman who checked us out--she was incredibly sweet and apologetic when I explained what happened.
