She was so nice and accommodating. This was our first time and we were all looking forward to it. Once we arrived, she was prepared and ready for us, introduced herself and explained what to expect during the experience or journey and showed us into her space, which was open and beautiful. She has a pleasant affect and a soothing, calming voice. We all had a really wonderful time simply laid back, relaxing & listening to her sing and work the bowls. We had much to talk about, after we left, about our different experiences, which was fun. All positive. It was really a nice hour and we felt relaxed and refreshed afterwards. Like after a massage. We didn't want it to end. We'll do it again sometime, for longer!

If your looking for a good time - and by that I mean..."a good time" then im assuming this is the…read moreplace to go. I am pretty certain they do not offer the traditional massage. Was in town on Saturday night after a long drive from the Inland Empire, and decided I wanted to look for a massage, was already going to have dinner in the area anyway, so I googled this place and it advertised "walk ins welcome" - so why not - I realize this place is already sketchy tucked in an alley way in the corner near some dumpsters - open the door having to fight my way through a curtain of those weird beads and lace-I walk into this dark entry way with price signs as well as a sign stating that a " $10 gratuity fee will be charged for a 45 min massage" (Not sketchy right?) - no one else in there. One girl walks out and just stares at me and fixes her hair and then I hear from the closed door to my left "one minute" - I then ask the girl who is just standing infront of me if walk ins are still ok - and she still - did not speak -...oooooK..i hear again "one minute" then the door opens and out walks another girl who is buttoning up a gown saying "so sorry I was sleeping" (its only 5:30pm) - I say thats ok - I dont have an appointment is it ok that I walk in for a massage?, and she says "no,no, walk in not ok" (but she was sleeping) AND there was no other patrons in the "waiting area" - so I already know what the deal was - I tell her that on their site it states walk ins are welcome and she just says "ok". SO...if you have a Penis and are willing to pay a mandatory gratuity with the price of your "massage" and need to release some stress - then this is definitely the place to go.

They didn't look like they were prepared as we've experienced most massage therapists. Because of COVID and the new Delta strain we were wearing our masks - they were not. My husband asked them if they had been Vaccinated and LOUDLY and quite unexpected Daryl yelled "WE DONT DO POLITICS & WE DONT WEAR MASKS" "If you want to wear a mask you can BUT we don't!" Sandi tried to say she had been Vaccinated but Daryl interrupted her again this time LOUDER and with hand gestures he shouted "we don't do politics!" The interchange was stressful and the most unprofessional encountered I've ever experienced . We live with a toddler and are very respectful of our responsibility of being safe. It was just a question! Daryl's behavior was rude, angry, hostile and unsafe. We left immediately. The rating was a -10

I arrived early and the two women at the front desk were not friendly and gave the impression that they did not enjoy their role. It would have been nice to have the option to soak outside under the oaks. But instead, I was placed in a room looking at four walls. Aesthetically, the room was not appealing. The room could have been cleaner. As there was cobwebs on the walls and the table and chairs were dusty. There were dead bugs in the light covers that were overhead. Erin, the massage therapist was awesome, it was very relaxing and she even offered me a towel at the end for the shower. At the end of my visit, I went to the front desk to pay, and the staff was unfriendly, and gave me two envelopes to tip the therapist and guest services. The tip for guest services is for those at the front desk that pour a beverage for you and show you to the hot tub. Personally, I thought this was a very tacky gesture for guest services to request a tip. Upon leaving the grounds, I noticed that the grass had not been mowed in awhile and was turning yellow. I would have given this review less stars but the friendly and attentive massage therapist made up for the poor customer service at the front desk.
