Aluminea is a blessing. Her kind energy, her gentle direction and intuitive manner are all a warm welcome. I felt completely safe and cared for throughout the entire session. Truly grateful to have such an amazing healer here on the central coast. read more

I reserved a sound bath with silks, as something different to do on my birthday, with my family. Aluminea responded promptly, initially through Yelp and later we texted details. She was so nice and accommodating. This was our first time and we were all looking forward to it. Once we arrived, she was prepared and ready for us, introduced herself and explained what to expect during the experience or journey and showed us into her space, which was open and beautiful. She has a pleasant affect and a soothing, calming voice. We all had a really wonderful time simply laid back, relaxing & listening to her sing and work the bowls. We had much to talk about, after we left, about our different experiences, which was fun. All positive. It was really a nice hour and we felt relaxed and refreshed afterwards. Like after a massage. We didn't want it to end. We'll do it again sometime, for longer! read more

I knew the moment I typed 'Reiki' into Google and saw the name Blossoming Lotus that I was in the right place. The intentional choice of name instantly evoked imagery of a beautiful unfolding and deep healing, and the stunning website only reaffirmed that sense of ease. From the start, Aluminea was warm, nurturing, and deeply accommodating. She took the time to drop in with me and hold space as I shared why I was seeking Reiki, making me feel completely comfortable and supported. Simply stepping into her presence, I felt my nervous system begin to calm. The Reiki session itself was extraordinary. Aluminea walked me through the process beforehand, helping me feel open and prepared. During the session, I experienced the most peaceful, relaxing sensations throughout my body--my mind and spirit felt completely at ease. Her clarity, warmth, and deep understanding of Reiki and healing make her an exceptional practitioner. Her energy is powerful, clear, and radiant, and I truly felt held in light, beauty, and my highest good. Afterward, she shared the insights and downloads she received during the session, which she allowed me to record--a gift I've found invaluable for reflection. She also offered affirmations and actionable steps to support my spiritual growth, which were both inspiring and practical. Her intuitive guidance helped me let go and fully surrender to the process, creating space for deep peace and healing. Her genuine compassion and lack of judgment made the entire experience feel safe and transformative. To top it all off, she offers her services on a sliding fee scale, making her work accessible and truly heart-centered. I left feeling deeply supported, connected, and inspired. I feel so blessed to have found her and look forward to attending her Reiki workshops in the future. I also can't wait to experience her yoga class, which she teaches weekly in the same serene space where she offers Reiki (Dharma Yoga Loft in Paso Robles). If you're considering Reiki, I cannot recommend Aluminea enough--she is a powerful, compassionate being bringing such meaningful work to our community. read more

Three years ago I would have never thought I'd be where I am today. Thanks to Lauren's guidance and kind words I have been on a journey of finding my authentic self. I have been influenced by her and started taking Reiki classes, massage therapy classes and more therapy style work to help others who experience PTSD, stress, anxiety and depression. I run into Lauren in the same circle / community of healers. She is great at life coaching even if she is doing Reiki work on you. I highly recommend seeing Lauren for treatment and any classes she offers I am eternally grateful for Lauren and her beautiful, gentle guidance. read more

It was a very healing and deep session. I knew immediately the effects physically of the healing. The session was supposed to be at 4:15 but I thought it was at 4:30 - but I started feeling the physical tingling and other sensations since the afternoon and especially around 4:15. It spooked me a little too. I would recommend her if you are looking for healing, releasing the past and getting better read more

So glad I connected with Lauren. My first reiki session was such a great experience and has been the beginning of my spiritual awakening.

What can be said about this truly transformative experience? What price can you put on finding help, hope and healing right inside? I signed up for Reiki I and II on a whim (or maybe a small calling from my heart) in hopes of incorporating these practices into my esthetic treatments. There were so many, many things that I experienced over this weekend that opened my heart and mind. Lauren is a lovely teacher. She encourages discussions, presents a history of Reiki "roots" and offers a powerful attunement to get you started on your own, personalized healing journey. There isn't a price, review or certain number of stars I can place on what I experienced and how deeply my soul was touched by Lauren. She's given me all the tools to incorporate Reiki not only into my business but my personal life as well. Lauren: You are a gift. I hope you continue to find much success in your practice as a teacher and guide. You touched my heart. THANK YOU! read more

Updated-I have been feeling over worked and have been neglecting my self care. I finally took a me day and saw Lauren for a reiki session. She is a powerful being and the words of appreciation are not big enough to describe how I feel. My session was phenomenal and I feel like a new person all my blockages have been released and my creative juices are flowing again! I love you Lauren Adamczyk! Took one of Lauren's reiki 1-2 classes. She is an amazing teacher and person. You can tell she has so much passion for her work and humanity. It shows in her teaching. She is patient, compassionate and explains everything in a way that you will completely understand the purpose of reiki. I can't say enough good things about her. Thank you Lauren! read more

I decided the universe was talking to me when I was getting a facial and my esthetician started talking about her recent reiki treatment with Lauren. I was intrigued and asked for her info. That's how I found Blossoming Lotus. Google explains Reiki as a healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the client by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the body and restore physical and emotional well-being. For more information go to her website and check out her blog too! Booking a one hour session is a no-brainer because she has an amazing deal for first time clients. She asked me if I had any areas of concern. I asked for a focus on creative energy and to release any energy that no longer served me. The treatment was very relaxing. I was sort of in a trance-like state the whole time. This is energy work so each person will feel it differently. For me it felt like waves moving through my body. I felt warmth and even heat fill my head and I even had some cramping in my stomach at one point. Nothing too uncomfortable. I had a natural high feeling for an hour or so afterwards. I felt really free and open the rest of the day and got a good nights sleep last night too. Today I'm lighter. I wish I had known about this sooner. Lauren is very sweet and talented. She is almost ethereal actually. I feel lucky to have experienced her healing practice. I already booked my next session with her in four weeks. Can't wait. I really recommend trying a reiki session. It is for anyone, but it is especially helpful if you are going though a hard time at work, in your relationship, or need help letting something or someone go. This works, I promise. I came to Lauren during a stressful time while I was finishing the last year of my undergraduate degree and taking a 2 1/2 month intensive study course for the Law School Admission Test (LSAT). I was having trouble focusing on studying because my stress made it seem like my heart was pounding out of my chest and my head was abuzz with test-taking strategies and negative self-talk. I realized it wasn't likely I was going to do my best on the test if I didn't get help. I initially thought of going to a psychic, but I figured I would rather try to understand and address the internal causes of my stress and anxiety, so I decided to search Yelp for a reiki practitioner rather than look to the future for answers. I had never done reiki, and Lauren's 5-star reviews gave me the confidence to seek her services. My three reiki sessions with her have far exceeded any expectations I had! She has provided a safe and supportive space for me to look within myself to recognize the internal struggles that have restricted my own sense of self-worth, how to appreciate those feelings for what purposes they initially served, and how to let them go in order to move on to a more confident and clear state of being. In addition to being talented at 'holding space,' she is a beautiful soul and a pleasure to be around. She also has recommended wonderful books, conscious/mindful music artists, a fun local crystal shop, and has provided intentions/mantras in email form after every reiki session. read more

The Universe always works in the most magical ways :). As an Intuitive Coach and Hypnotherapist, I have studied many modalities when it comes to how to best work with the subconscious mind and energy body...hypnosis, neuro-linguistic programming, emotional freedom technique (EFT) tapping, theta healing, working with white light energy and chakras, shamanic principles...and the list goes on. However, Reiki was one of those modalities that I hadn't felt called to pursue more deeply...until now. I discovered Lauren when a friend posted a Facebook enquiry looking for energy healers, tagging me for more information on my experience. After sharing my insights, I scrolled down to read the other posts (because no matter how much I learn, I'm always open to learning more!), and I was immediately pulled to Lauren's name and Blossoming Lotus. From there, things seemed to just unfold easily, culminating in an amazing one day training where she guided us into the world of Reiki with ease. Experiencing the attunement was healing in and of itself, and I'm so grateful to Lauren for opening the door to this world for myself AND for my clients. If you are looking to expand your understanding of how Reiki energy can help you and others, I highly recommend signing up for one of Lauren's classes - you will be changed for the better :). read more

I just had my first Reiki healing session with Lauren. A friend of mine told me about Reiki and recommended that I try it to heal my emotional baggage and physical ailment of back pain. I have to admit that I didn't know what to expect with Reiki and was a little skeptical. Let me just tell you that Lauren was amazing. She was really gentle, kind, and professional. The room we were in was comfortable and peaceful. The moment Lauren put her hands on my head and other different chakra points on my body, I started to cry. The emotional baggage that I had repressed long ago, had resurfaced, which gave me clues as to what areas in my life I needed healing in. I could feel warm energy coming from her hands, it was indescribable. The warm energy even transmitted through the thick blanket I was covered in. This session gave me some clarity of what I need to do in my life to bring positive thoughts to every thing that I do. I went away from my session with a clear mind. And, Lauren even gave me some guidelines (affirmations) on what to do to keep the balance in my life. I am pretty open minded about healing, and I just didn't realize that I had certain types of mental blockages that were standing in the way of the progression of my life. Crazy stuff! read more

My first Reiki experience was beyond amazing. I have difficulty in walking, muscle weakness and balance issues. Had 6 MRI's and all sorts of blood tests and I am not any closer to a solution or even a diagnosis. In short, I am running out of options. So I tried it last Saturday. Am I glad I did. Lauren has a true gift. All I know is the day after a session with Lauren I have improved by 20% physically. She helps you through her practice not only your body but your mind and spirit. I don't know what lies ahead but at least there's a light ahead. I will post more details later on and provide you guys with an update after my 2nd session. You owe it to yourself to try it. Last week, I had a very symbolic dream. When I awoke, I did some journaling and realized I had some old energy that needed to clear from my emotions, physical body, and energy field. I felt strongly prompted to reach out to Lauren. When I did, she offered a Reiki Summer Session. We met at her sanctuary/office and then walked over to the beach for a vivid and transformative meditation. Lauren guided me to connect with the cleansing ocean energy and strengthening sun energy. Through this meditation, I felt internal barriers melting and this allowed light into long-darkened parts of myself. I also felt my masculine/feminine energies coming into greater balance. After a refreshing foot bath in the ocean we walked back to her sanctuary/office for Reiki. I felt so powerfully nurtured and supported that every part of me relaxed and surrendered to the empowering flow of Reiki energy. What a blissful experience! I haven't felt that peaceful in a very long time. Thank you, Lauren, for your incredible insights, your ability to remain fully present, and your magical capacity to channel energy and inspiration. I absolutely love the Reiki Summer Session format. Brilliant! I recommend wholeheartedly! read more

I took reiki I class this past Saturday and even though it was from noon to 8pm, the time went by quickly and I was left feeling energized. Lauren is an incredibly gifted teacher - she is patient, kind and insightful. She went over concepts effortlessly and it did not feel like work at all. My favorite part of the class was getting to practice on our newfound reiki skills. I remembered being moved by the energy towards places my partner needed healing even though these areas were not revealed to me beforehand. My partner had tears in her eyes after my session with her ended - she was overwhelmed with love and gratitude. Apparently every one of my movements had meaning even though I was not aware of it at the time. She got her message and I was merely the vessel to deliver it to her with Lauren's amazing energy and guidance throughout the whole process. I'm looking forward to reiki II with Lauren soon. read more

Lauren is great! I've been going to her for over a year for massages and she is wonderful. I'm a manicurist so I am hunched over half the day, meaning my upper and lower back is usually a mess... But during my monthly visit, she gives me a full body massage and leaves me feeling like a new woman! She is also a kind person with a soothing energy about her. Lauren listens to what areas I need work and uses the right amount of pressure for me. She gets all 5 stars from me! read more

I just received my Reiki Master atunement from Lauren, and I could not have had a more perfect experience. I felt that she took me by the hand and taught me everything I'll ever need to know as a Reiki practitioner. And her energy is off the charts good-feeling. I felt so comfortable with her that I never wanted the class to end. She also did some Reiki on me as part of the class, and I immediately felt blockages removed and a lighter energy in the entire right side of my body. I would imagine that she is equally as skilled as a massage therapist, but take it from me - you can't go wrong with a Reiki treatment or class that Lauren offers. Big Five Stars! read more

I recently went to Lauren for a Reiki session and it was a great experience! I went in to see her because I was going through a rough time emotionally and also was in hope of relieving some pain from an injury. She guided me through meditation, which quickly put me at ease and relaxed me. When she began with the Reiki, I could feel the warm energy coming from her hands on each of my energy centers. Once she got to my heart center, I began to cry as soon as I felt the energy from her hands over my heart. It was as if I was being covered in a warm blanket full of love! It's the only way I can describe it. It definitely helped heal past heartaches and unresolved emotions I had suppressed. My injury also improved, I have more movement than before I went in to see her. I definitely recommend anyone to get a Reiki session from her, it's a healing experience that leaves you feeling lifted, peaceful, relaxed, and in a good mood. Thank you Lauren! read more

Reiki levels I & II training with Lauren was the best experience! She has such a warm, welcoming energy and is a skilled teacher. I have toyed with attending a Reiki training a few times prior to this, but the scheduling never worked out. Thanks Universe for leading me to Lauren. I didn't know it before walking in, but she was the perfect teacher for me. The training was a good mix of lecture, hands on learning, meditation, and practice. The manual Lauren wrote and used throughout the class was very helpful. I left feeling like I had learned enough to move forward with practicing Reiki, but also wanting to learn more. I'm excited to revisit the lessons from the training and start practicing on friends and family. read more
