I live in Los Osos and belong to this studio. It is absolutely amazing, providing a wide array of practices to nourish the soul. Let's Get Tuned is a brand new sound bath and yoga studio in Morro Bay! My husband and I came for their grand opening party which was filled with good vibes, amazing views and yummy food! I attended a yoga and sound bath class led by Natalie the following morning and it was wonderful. The class was challenging, fulfilling and absolutely delightful. The space is so open and beautiful with various seating areas, large crystals and gongs throughout, and an amazing wide open, high ceiling yoga room with windows everywhere. They have ample yoga mats, blankets, blocks and bolsters that are available to use during your class as well. Jon and Natalie, the owners, are so welcoming and I seriously can't get over how amazingly thoughtful and beautiful the space is. And as if I haven't already said it enough to my friends and family, the views are simply magnificent! So happy this place has opened up on the Central Coast! read more

This review has been a long time coming because how can you fit every wonderful thing about this place into just one review? I could write 100! I think in order to write this review, I need to give some backstory. I started going to yoga when I was 16, shortly after my father passing. It became such a wonderful outlet for me. I've been to quite a few different yoga studios, even working and teaching at one for a few years, and Let's Get Tuned is something I've never seen or experienced before. One of the first things I thought after going here for the first time was, "This is how I imagine what those yoga retreats to Bali or Mexico are like, and it's only a 10 minute drive from my house". I've lived my life mainly in survival mode with my fight or flight always at the ready. I was raised to think any uncomfortable emotion shouldn't be shown, so I had a very negative relationship with my emotional body for a very long time. Every time I take a class here, the class, the practice, always meets me exactly where I'm at. I walk into this beautiful building and feel the biggest sense of safety and acceptance. Every word that's said, every move that's made, every sound that's played, is done with intention and I actually find myself shedding some tears in almost every sound bath. I've done a lot of internal work here, and it's helped make me, me. I've shed so many layers that no longer serve me. I feel so light and full of life and truly grateful for everything and everyone around me. Then my energy gifts everyone I come into contact with... how beautiful is that? To the people who turn away at the thought of vulnerability, this is for you. To the people whose minds never stop racing, this is for you. To the people who need a place to feel safe and accepted, this is for you. To the people who feel stuck in life, this is for you. I was a newcomer drawn in for a yoga lesson and soon realized that I had arrived at a warm, welcoming little micro community, of beginners to experienced students, in a very unique setting. If you are like me, you are immediately aware of the very peaceful vibe present here. A warm welcome from the two owners Natalie & Jon was appreciated. It's evident that they put an immense amount of thought into every detail of the studio. Then, my eyes took in this beautiful studio filled with natural light, vibrant green plants trailing down the walls and this outstanding view of Morro Bay that greeted my eyes. A very special place to practice yoga, to be sure. As a yoga newbie, I have enjoyed sampling the variety of classes offered here. I especially look forward to the sound bath portion at some of the classes offered...such a treat. I came in to stretch my body, but soon learned yoga is so much more. I have found, if you yield to it, it is self-exploration and can be transformative and beneficial in so many ways beyond just the value of stretch. But I also just had such amazing experiences in the classes that I took. I took Megans class on Thursday, and Nikkis on Friday. They were both very kind, informed and knowledgeable teachers. My husband and I first visited Let's Get Tuned in December of 2022 after I read an article about them in SLO Magazine. I gave my husband, who has a neurological condition, the gift of a sound bath for Christmas. Jon and Natalie took great care to give us a very personalized, meaningful, calming experience. Since that time, I've completed their sound healing training session, taken their restorative yoga class, experienced a "gong cocoon" and purchased lovely crystal bowls from them as well as had more sound baths with my husband.
