I had never done hypnotherapy before and…read moreto be honest, I was kind of thinking it would be a waste of time and would be sort of fluffy and boring ... was I going to have to sit in a room with incense and crystals and look into my chakras? If so, this was not going to work for me. But, I consider myself to be open-minded, so I gave it a shot. Boy was I wrong! Polly explained all the science behind hypnotherapy and how it works, which really made the process more approachable and practical for me. Polly really listened, and helped me to drill down to exactly what paradigms and thought processes I wanted to change within myself. Literally after one session I already felt a huge shift! If you are considering trying it, don't hesitate. I have done a lot of traditional therapy and this is an excellent compliment to that. I was able to re-train my brain much more quickly and enjoyably than I ever have in traditional therapy. It has been helpful for deeper issues like life choices and relationships, and smaller things like changing my workout habits. Polly is a genius!
