Randi helped improve my skin SIGNIFICANTLY!!! Towards the end of college I discontinued taking birth control for the first time since the beginning of high school and it was very apparent in my skin. I had cystic, painful, acne that covered the majority of my face and felt as if i had tried everything to find improvement in my acne and came to Randi as a last-ditch effort before excepting i would just have to deal with having horrible acne. After getting regular treatments with Randi and following her acne program/recommendations my skin cleared up tremendously. Worst spa experience EVER. One of the products she used during my facial made my skin BURN, and she just laughed and carried on. But I promise you that burning was NOT NORMAL! It was burning A LOT. When I left my face was as red as a tomato, and still burning. She dismissively told me it would go away soon, well it took a few days. I had an acne flared up due to the irritation (I don't normally have much acne) and it has yet to heal fully from Randi's procedure. My skin is 10 times worse than before I came in! Do yourself a huge favor and go to an actual salon with reviews! I took a risk booking this place and I deeply regret it. It was so expensive too! Just to ruin my skin. I will never be back. I booked an appointment with Randi for the first time this year because my sister was going to her and I finally wanted to feel comfortable with my skin. I had an amazing appointment with her so was so welcoming and was constantly explaining what she was doing to my skin she let me know not only the best treatments moving forward but she gave options so I didn't feel pressured to do the most expensive she's amazing I booked 4 more appointments and bought the most amazing products that she sells she's the most amazing human and she's an amazing esthetician who knows exactly what she's doing !! Thank you for the worst and most expensive facial I've ever had. I'm so disappointed I spent my money on this and I will not be getting it back. Ultimately the facial did hardly anything to my skin aside from making it super red immediately afterwards. When it calmed down there was no improvement to my breakout whatsoever in fact it got worse over the next two days. The decor was so tacky I cant even add a star for ambiance. There is room for improvement in every aspect... the customer service, the atmosphere, the facial itself. This place needs help. Not a high quality salon by any means.
