I came in Friday for a fill, and it felt like appointments had been overbooked. My nail tech seemed rushed because another client was waiting for him to finish with me. I wasn't happy with the color I chose, but he assured me it would look better after a second coat. It didn't, and I felt like he was more concerned about getting to the next client than making sure I was happy with my nails. Not even two hours after leaving, two of my nails popped off. I reached out to have it fixed Saturday, but they couldn't get me in until Monday. When I came back Monday, I had two nails repaired and asked for a polish change since I wasn't happy with the original color. After another 40 minutes, I was charged an additional $30. I completely understand paying for a color change, but considering I had just paid for a fill on Friday, wasn't happy with the service, and had a nail pop off within hours, I really expected better customer service and some consideration with the additional charge. It's disappointing because I've been a loyal customer, but the quality, attention to detail, and overall experience just aren't what they used to be. They did not once even apologize for the inconvenience of time and gas spent.
