The professionalism and respect he exhibits towards other people and the environment is by far better than that of most others I have worked with and/or contracted out. They gave me an immediate quote based on the Before photo I provided, and their prices were very reasonable (and their price beat all of the competition). The owner (Nick) and his staff all had exceptional customer service- they answered every question I had and were very knowledgeable. I can't stress enough how fast this company was- they were out at our house within a couple of hours of my Yelp inquiry. They were even able to do the service while we were away at work and took before/after photos as well. We will definitely be using their services again and will recommend them to anyone we know that needs landscaping services.

We have used Josh & Lacey twice now. The first time, just before the crazy storms in 2024, we…read moreneeded to get 4 large Mesquite trees thinned out. Though not the lowest price they gave us the confidence they knew what they were doing and wouldn't just aimlessly cut branches, instead they considered the health of the trees and how to thin them while still providing shade coverage. Josh and Lacy also gave us tips on maintaining them and other plants in our yard. This time, we had just bought a new home and there was a large tree in the side yard that we wanted to take out as it was to close to the house and the wall, besides looking like it was dying. Their quote was inline with others, and we already knew the quality of their work so it was a no brainer in selecting them again. In both cases, they cleaned up so well, we feel the yard was probably cleaner than when they started. We have no problem recommending them not just for the work they do but for their advice as well.

We pay…read morefor bi-monthly service which they failed to do properly which resulted in a tree falling over. Instead of going back out to fix the problem, Juan decided to charge us $50 to stake the tree down. We agreed to this as we didn't want the tree to fail. His team went out to do the work and used a cheap wooden stake and didn't bother to trim the tree. With all the recent storms, any landscaper would know to be proactive. Within a day, the wooden stake broke and completely failed. Again, instead of going back out and fixing their failure, they refused to go back out to our home unless we paid more. They blamed the storm and the tree instead of their negligence. If the tree was trimmed properly, it wouldn't have failed. Mind you, we pay monthly for landscaping service and trust the work will be done. Juan clearly has no integrity. Whoever he uses to field messages and phone calls is extremely unprofessional as wI'm so disappointed with the way Juan and his team treated us after using them consistently for 2 years now. If he had any integrity, he would've trimmed the tree correctly the first time. And he would've fixed the issue with the wooden stake instead of leaving a broken piece of wood in the yard where there's small children.

Martinez did a 10 star job in fabricating and installing over 100 feet of custom topper - even managed to make the topper level even though the 39 year old wall is decidedly NOT level from end to end. I would definitely hire them again for custom metal work or landscaping projects.
