Instead of going back out to fix the problem, Juan decided to charge us $50 to stake the tree down. We agreed to this as we didn't want the tree to fail. His team went out to do the work and used a cheap wooden stake and didn't bother to trim the tree. With all the recent storms, any landscaper would know to be proactive. Within a day, the wooden stake broke and completely failed. Again, instead of going back out and fixing their failure, they refused to go back out to our home unless we paid more. They blamed the storm and the tree instead of their negligence. If the tree was trimmed properly, it wouldn't have failed. Mind you, we pay monthly for landscaping service and trust the work will be done. Juan clearly has no integrity. Whoever he uses to field messages and phone calls is extremely unprofessional as wI'm so disappointed with the way Juan and his team treated us after using them consistently for 2 years now. If he had any integrity, he would've trimmed the tree correctly the first time. And he would've fixed the issue with the wooden stake instead of leaving a broken piece of wood in the yard where there's small children.

We reached out to multiple landscapers, gathered several bids, and Jeff stood out right away. His pricing was extremely fair. Honestly, it was slightly lower than some of the other bids we received. Because we had seen so many quotes, I even told him up front that if he had underpriced the job, he should let me know. That is how we try to operate as a business: honest relationships with the vendors who help us succeed. From start to finish, Jeff was outstanding. He communicated clearly, showed up when he said he would, brought great energy, and delivered flawless work. My management team was genuinely impressed with him, both personally and professionally. The quality of the cleanup was excellent, and the price was more than fair for the level of service we received. Because of that first experience, we hired him for monthly landscaping service as well. After dealing with multiple landscape companies over the years, I can say that many of those relationships feel purely transactional. With Jeff, it felt different. He is friendly, honest, responsive, and seems like the kind of person you actually want to build a long term working relationship with. I have no affiliation with him or his company. We found him online while looking for a landscaper in Tucson, and I believe this is a newer company. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend him highly enough. If you are in Tucson and need a landscaper who is honest, fair, communicative, punctual, and does excellent work, Jeff is the person I would call.

What really stood out was Ernesto and his team's skill and attention to safety. The crew carefully planned the work and removed the tree without causing any damage to the surrounding structures or landscaping. Even more impressive, they completed the entire job in about 5 hours! The crew worked efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on safety and precision. After the tree was removed, they cleaned up all branches, debris, and wood, leaving the area spotless.
