My neighbor ordered a dump trailer from Zebra Dumpster, and during the delivery/pickup, their trailer damaged my driveway. What was frustrating is that I wasn't even their customer, but I still ended up dealing with damage to my property. A professional dumpster company should be more careful when placing and removing heavy equipment, especially around residential driveways. I understand Accidents can happen, but companies should take responsibility and handle these situations professionally. read more

The contract says you get 1- week and dumpster suppose to get picked up . Now having a hard time to get there asses out here to pick it up . Horrible service. read more

Great experience with TJ Zebra! We needed to clean out my parent's garage and i initially called for advice on going with either a 20 or 30 yard dumpster. I received a quote for both options and they even sent me pictures to show me what they would look like. It was easy to schedule the delivery and pickup. i would use them again and will recommend them to any family or friends. read more

I won't be doing business with this company again. They left their dumpster at our house for 5 extra days because they said they were too busy to pick it up! On top of that, an overweight charge was tacked on after they just told us they wouldn't charge. Long story short I've gotten the run around 5x now about getting the charges removed and its been a month now. I take it this company rather ignore their customers issues than making it right on their word. read more

I do not recommend them, they were 2 hours late delivering the dumpster which cost me money, then they had the audacity to try to charge me an additional $45 per day for leaving and yes for them leaving the dumpster four days in front of my house, they told me that the reason they didn't pick up the dumpster was they only had two drivers and apparently my house was not a priority for a pick up and yet, they wanted to charge me, they should be paying me rent, it is only fair, additionally we left multiple messages for the person in charge to call us, and he never called, very cowardly behavior not to face your clients when things go bad, again there are other companies that will respect you and treat you better than these guys. read more

TJ Zebra dumpsters service was fantastic from start to finish. Started with getting a couple of different quotes from Jose on the phone. He supplied me all the info to make an informed decision. I ended up booking the dumpster with Rosey, and she quickly texted me all the pricing and the contract. She was very helpful and professional. Isaac ended delivering the dumpster and picking it up. He was great! Helped with protecting the driveway with some cardboard and was very safe in the delivery and pickup. Pricing is very good. I will be using TJ Zebra dumpsters for future projects and I will be highly recommending them to my friends. Thanks to the whole team. read more

Excellent customer service and very good driver for bringing the dumpster carefully Into my property...

I think TJ Zebra are easy to work with and I would overall recommend. Ordered on Thursday for delivery on Friday. Only reason why I gave them 4 vs 5 star is because the delivery time went over by 2 hrs. I wanted to be there to ensure it was delivered where I needed. I had plans and couldn't wait for the delivery. I gave them clear directions and they delivered exactly where I needed. They answered my every call so I appreciated that. It was a 1 day job so although I could keep dumpster for 7 days I had them pick it up on Monday. Scheduling drop off and pick up was super easy and reasonable. Nice customer service. read more

5 star for this company because they've exceeded beyond my expectations. The price of the dumpster that I ordered was very reasonable compared to all the other companies that i inquired with. The gentleman who dropped off the dumpster was really nice and made sure that the placement of the dumpster was up to our liking. In addition, they were able to drop off the dumpster that same day so it was nice to be able to get started on our end of the year cleaning. Booking was also very easy thanks to Ivonne. She answered all of my questions and was very responsive when I needed help with any issues. Over all I was satisfied with the service and will definitely be ordering with them again. read more

I'm happy with the price for the 10-yard dumpster I rented, and the drivers who delivered and picked up the dumpster were very professional, but communication from the office was not very good. I was not informed of the delivery schedule, only finding out that it was coming when I called to inquire. When I called to request pickup their phone system wouldn't allow me to leave a message, and then the driver showed up with no warning first thing in the morning. read more

I reached out to several companies through yelp in early August. Isaac was actually the first person to reply. I messaged Isaac for about 2 days and he always promptly answered my questions and concerns. He quoted me the best price out of all the other companies. Honestly, I was a bit apprehensive at first since there were less reviews compared to competitors but I am extremely glad I went with Tj Zebra. His team is amazing, professional, and provided amazing customer service. I highly recommend these guys! read more

I schedule them and some workers to load the dumpster and i got a text from them just saying that had no driver and that i needed to contact another company.
