Needed dumpster in the am so was told between 9-12. I did not get it delivered till after 4 pm. The dumpster was delivered on a Wednesday and today is Thursday over a week and dumpster still in the front of my house. I called and was told they will try and get dumpster when they can . The contract says you get 1- week and dumpster suppose to get picked up . Now having a hard time to get there asses out here to pick it up . Horrible service. read more

I won't be doing business with this company again. They left their dumpster at our house for 5 extra days because they said they were too busy to pick it up! On top of that, an overweight charge was tacked on after they just told us they wouldn't charge. Long story short I've gotten the run around 5x now about getting the charges removed and its been a month now. I do not recommend them, they were 2 hours late delivering the dumpster which cost me money, then they had the audacity to try to charge me an additional $45 per day for leaving and yes for them leaving the dumpster four days in front of my house, they told me that the reason they didn't pick up the dumpster was they only had two drivers and apparently my house was not a priority for a pick up and yet, they wanted to charge me, they should be paying me rent, it is only fair, additionally we left multiple messages for the person in charge to call us, and he never called, very cowardly behavior not to face your clients when things go bad, again there are other companies that will respect you and treat you better than these guys. read more

When I found out I would need another dumpster to complete the project I called right before lunch to see if they could swap out dumpsters that same day. Only reason why I gave them 4 vs 5 star is because the delivery time went over by 2 hrs. I wanted to be there to ensure it was delivered where I needed. I had plans and couldn't wait for the delivery. I gave them clear directions and they delivered exactly where I needed. They answered my every call so I appreciated that.
