Good service with prompt turnaround for pickup and delivery. They can be a little hard to get hold of; we ended up communicating mostly via messages on Yelp. I think it would be good also if they list allowable weights for their dumpster sizes, as we got hit with a couple of overweight charges. DO NOT USE THIS DUMPSTER RENTAL PLACE. This is a terrible company and I would not advise anyone use them. They are lazy and disorganized. Not to mention they aren't Green Halo approved so you can't get a permit finalized if you use this company anyway. Yes, very cheap prices but that old saying "you get what you pay for" is very correct when it comes to the experience I had. They did not place the dumpster correctly on the driveway and ended up breaking some pavers a client of ours had. They also scrapped up the driveway when taking it away. When requesting a refund for the pavers they paid a fourth of the cost of the pavers and were impossible to get ahold of. Never followed up on any call and I had to constantly try to get ahold of them. They said that since I wanted the dumpster on the driveway that they could not give me my full refund but the pavers were not on the driveway anyway so I feel like it was just an excuse. I'll be surprised if I even get my refund eventually because from what I've seen with similar issues, those people never received their refund that was promised. read more

Callsan drivers are very good. They put the debris bins where you need them. The only place they're lacking is communication services. I think they run a telecommunication service from other countries where you have no clue who you talking to so when you called back for your order, it goes into a chain of people. They have no clue who's calling or what order other than that the service is excellent driver safe I will use his service again. Just please get people on the telephone that understands or you can understand them please thank you. It's not often that I write a review on Yelp but usually it has something to do with poor business practices or employees with bad attitudes something like that. In this case I needed a dumpster a 30-yard dumpster on the job I was working on in San Leandro. The price I paid was absolutely the lowest of the four or five that I compared. The dumpster was delivered on short notice and stayed here for an extra day I didn't mind paying an extra $50 for the extra day it was reasonable. They hauled all that junk away for me the price was absolutely fine I couldn't say a single bad word about a single person that works there because they were all so professional with me when I spoke with them. We let them know that if we don't hear back from them in a couple days, we will contact our credit card company. I enquired about a dumpster from this company, told them the date I needed it, and followed up via text to see if they would be coming. I got no response. Imagine my surprise when I got a call from the owner saying they were outside with a huge dumpster. I never got a confirmation email nor did they have my credit card number. Now, on the pick up end, they have been telling me that it is getting picked up every day for the last 4 days. Of course it never gets picked up. He sent two guys who cleared two truckloads of debris from a house that was thoroughly trashed and used as a dumping ground by squatters. The drop-off and pick-up was fine. Be we were wrongly charged for materials we didn't put in the box. We even have photos of when it left our job... but they charged over $200 more for tires being in the box. Perhaps the driver left it unattended, or the boxes got confused, right? So we called the office and got a very rude response. So we cancelled the additional charge via the credit card company. Well... less than a month later they tried to charge the card again! I ordered a dumpster for a job site I had and was told the dumpster was going to be at the site in a certain time frame. Our job site had limited space to put demo debris, so I was trusting the company to bring me the bin at the time they said they were going to bring it. Did they bring it during that timeframe? Absolutely not, the dumpster arrived an hour and 30 minutes late. We had to halt work till the dumpster arrived to clear our space we had. They cost me another 4hrs of labor cost when the job would've been completed if the dumpster arrived when they said it would. When it came till to pick up the loaded dumpster, same thing. I requested for the bin to be picked first thing in the morning because it was taking up tenant parking. I called the morning of the pick up to make sure they would pick it up on time.
