They were great!! It's not easy trying to clear out a house that's been loved and lived in for 46+ years, but United Recycle Services made it easy. We needed a dumpster to start clearing out the house and they were able to provide a 30 cubic yard dumpster which was delivered and picked up in a week at a great price. Communications were made over text and yelp and payment made in cash in person! 2 weeks later, we had more junk to get rid of around the house and we ordered another dumpster and again it was easily delivered and picked up. Thank you!! I will definitely be using United Recycle Services again. read more

This is my second time using United Recycle Services for a dumpster for my dad's home in San Carlos. Both times, I have spoked and emailed with Amy. When I was looking around for this service the first time it was my interaction with Amy which sealed the deal for me that time. Amy is very courteous on the phone, prompt with email and call returns. She was able to explain to me the process, the differences in dumpster sizes and costs. She was also very professional the second time I had to rent and explained the details since I had forgotten. Anyways, I am happy with this business in Yelp, in large part due to their great customer service. Thank you Amy! read more

Absolutely stellar service! We rented a 30 cubic dumpster for some major spring cleaning in and outside of the house. Prices are fair compared to what I have paid in the past, and included a full 7 day rental term - super helpful for planning our "purge". Amy was super responsive and helpful and I love that they take Zelle payments. I've recommended them to friends who are looking to rent dumpsters and will certainly use them again if needed! Thanks guys!! read more

Have never rented a dumpster before but after this, would definitely rent one from United Recycle Services again. Very responsive to our questions/requests for quotation and worked with us to get us just what we needed. Price was reasonable and they had the size we needed (unlike many others with limited sizes). On day of its delivery, they were right on time, placed the dumpster just where we needed it (and made adjustments when I asked for it to be move 8"!) Then it was picked up and hauled away right on time as well. Would do it again! read more

Easy to make a reservation, call and schedule a day. Rental was for 10 days but you can call them to pick it up earlier. Read the terms and conditions on what you can and cant throw away. They accept Checks and cards but charge an extra % with card. Driver showed up on time and was able to place the dumpster on my driveway exactly how I wanted it. Also picked it up with no hassle and I didn't have to do anything else. read more

United Recycle Services - 20 Cubic Ft Dumpster - Dumpster Rental Near Me - San Jose, California

Competitive price, great communication, and easy to work with. Highly recommended!!!!

Amy assisted me in scheduling a dumpster for my home. I was indecisive about the 15 vs. 20 yard dumpster. Amy's knowledge and expertise after telling her about what my goals were led me to the 20 yard dumpster. Signing the contract was easy - Amy sent it over right away after reviewing the information with me over the phone. Days before the dumpster was to be delivered, my husband decided we should upsize to a larger dumpster. A quick call to Amy and we had secured a 30 yard dumpster for the same date of delivery. Pick up of the dumpster was smooth! We called a day before and they came out the next day to get the dumpster. They worked so quietly that my kids didn't even get distracted while doing their schoolwork! Best company to use for your dumpster needs!! I've already recommended them to 3 different families! Will be using them in the future for any needs!! read more

The service was efficient and on time. Price also reasonable. Amy was nice and friendly, I'd like to re-book the rental if we need it again.

Amy with United Recycle Services is fantastic! She patiently answered my multiple phone calls and worked with me to get the rolloffs we needed. Amy scheduled out first rolloff for delivery the next day. She was able to get the first one picked up and the second delivered the same day I called. Andy brought and dropped off the first rolloff quickly and placed it exactly where we asked. Andy amazed us with his pickup and delivery artistry of our 2nd dumpster. It was getting dark and he unloaded one, loaded, moved and unloaded the full rolloff, then picked up the new rolloff and postioned it exactly where we needed it, diagonally so we could easily access the doors. He then reloaded the full rolloff, all within minutes. At a stressfull time (moving!) Amy and Andy provided a calm, efficient and professional service. We recommend United Recycle Services to everyone. And United Recycle Services had the best pricing! read more

This is the only company I'll ever use when I need a dumpsters. This is now my third time with them and it's been a smooth and hassle free process every time. Their prices are amongst the most competitive out there. But this was the only one we found that has a 10 day or more rental. Amy, who coordinates things, is friendly and flexible. In our remodel, our contractor got a little behind and needed a little more time. Amy really helped us out by letting us keep it extra days. Highly recommend them. read more

AMAZING SERVICE!! Prior to my rental, I spoke with a young lady over the phone and she was really nice and patient with me. This is my first time renting a dumpster, so I didn't know what to expect in terms of pricing and the types of service that would be right for the job. The representative I spoke with was helpful and professional, making the process super easy!! On the day of my rental, I received text communication to confirm my request and a call upon arrival. Dumpster arrived on time and was picked up the next day. Overall a great experience and I would def call United Recycle Services again. (-: read more

Excellent job from beginning to end. Communications was quick and easy. Amy is great. A real person, not a bot. Was on time and placed the dumpster in the spot I needed in my driveway to make everything work. I was trying to decide between 2 sizes and Amy recommended getting the larger size since the price was fairly insignificant compared to the over the top dumper or overweight charges. This ended up saving me time and money. read more

This was my first time renting a dumpster, but the representative that helped me made the entire ordering process SO EASY. She educated me on all the different sizes, helped me find the right one, how the whole thing works, and overall provided exceptional customer service. Took the weight off my shoulders!   On the day of delivery, I received a call that the driver was on the way - as I had requested. He dropped off the dumpster with ease, just where I needed it to be. Pick up was as smooth as delivery. Great service! read more

Amy is very friendly and effective on taking care of the dumpster rental documentation. Also, the dumpster is delivered pretty on time!

Very nice over the phone, very professional contract system via mobile device. Unfortunately, they don't arrive with a dumpster when they say they will. Disrespectful to your time. It was stated it would be onsite between 1pm-3pm. No show/no call. Called them at 3pm, stated new time by 4pm. No show/no call. Called at 4pm, they said it was on the way, should arrive in 15min, no show/no call. Trying to stay calm, thats 4hrs of my time they have wasted so far........ Still waiting....... My advice, think twice before using this company. Unless you like waiting around til they feel like showing up. read more

Great experience! I had to schedule a dumpster to be dropped off for a super late spring cleaning project. Quoting easy through yelp. Dumpster dropped off quick. Dumpster arrived on time, pick up occurred on time. Payment transaction was fast and communication was great. Responds to text messages when we I sent them, including weekends! There was a miscommunication on the price of a mattress and they took care of me right away. Referred to my family members and my aunt is scheduling one for August for their project. read more

URS helped with several dumpsters during the course of our backyard project. Amy was always there to help with coordinating drop off and swaps even on the weekend. Their drivers worked with what was a tight area to navigate and get into. We will for sure use them again for any dumpster needs. read more

Easy delivery and easy pickup. Worth the money to rid all of my junk. They were late in delivering the dumpster but was on time in picking up the dumpster. It was easy to contact them to track the person who was delivering and picking up the dumpster so I knew when to expect them. I will definitely use them again since it was fairly inexpensive. read more

I had a landscaping project at my house which required multiple dumpsters. The guys I hired worked with an excavator so the dumpsters were getting filled fast. This place was able to get me 3 dumpsters in the same day and another 2 the following day . Great communication with Amy. She always called to check up on us to see when we were ready for the swap. Reliable service with great customer care. Would recommend without hesitation. read more

Fast, efficient, and a great price. They even sent me pictures so I can gauge what size container I would need. Highly recommended!

I recently asked for a quote on yelp to rent a 10 yd dumpster to clean up the dirt in my backyard. I got the quote from them in almost no time. The dumpster was dropped at my house the next day I called. The dumpster was placed at the exact spot I asked them to put. It was then hauled away a week later. Their service is really good. Everything goes on schedule and you get notifications in advance. I like it. read more

This place was good! I had seen their reviews on Yelp & thought I would give them a try. I called & got Uyen & she was very friendly & answered all my questions. I was moving to the new place & needed to clean out the house so & went with a 30 dumpster. She quoted me a pretty good price which was lower than the other places I've seen. I signed the contract they emailed me & the date was set. This is where they lost a star for me. On the day of the dumpster drop-off, the driver never came. I called & they said the driver would come in the afternoon around 1pm-3pm. 4pm came & the driver never came, so I called again & they were also surprised the driver never came. Turns out, they called me back & said the driver was stuck in traffic coming from San Francisco. Uyen who I spoke to said she would immediately dispatch a new driver & he would be there in 30 minutes, Uyen also apologized & gave me a discount because of the situation which was very nice of her. Dumpster was good, very self explanatory, the Dumpster Pickup was a day after the scheduled pickup which was not a problem as they have an open window of 4-5 days after the schedule promised pickup date which they state on their contract so you might want to take that into consideration if you have a deadline to move out. My landlord is a pretty laid back guy & didn't mind, in fact my landlord also put some stuff in the dumpster after I moved out too. Good experience & I will most likely use them again based on the price & the good customer service. Thank You United Recycle Services! read more

I had my kitchen renovated and needed a dumpster. Can't say enough positive things about this hauling experience. They were on time for both drop off and pickup. Price was the price. Outstanding service! Will see repeat for future renovations read more
